Received call from 08703305275 - didn't answer it, but checked on here - I called back to tell them to get my number off their calling list, and it was 3 Mobile, don;t know if they're somehow affiliated with Talk Talk/AOL.

It was South Africa though.  Very annoying.

Called by this number three times but there is silence on answer.

Did my normal trick answered the phone using first & seconded names the caller then asked to speak to me a sure sign of call centre apart from the s**t call quality and non British accent sounded Indian. I then said I/He doesn't live here any more, oh she said can I talk to you about your broadband and telephone usage, I said no and hung up, should of played the call and spun her along as I normally do.

Must be talk-talk as no contact with 3 mobile especially for fix land line.

Thinking about the very strong Indian accent TT have just taken over Tiscali which there call centre are in India and TT in South Africa.

They didn't mean 3 network they meant FREE mobile calls, checked TT website and they trying to compete with BT Fix land-line to mobile option.

apparently from "3" & you can tell to to lay off by calling 08703305277 & following the instructions ... which I am now doing ... left a message with my name, number & comment "never phone me again"

Voices on messages sound like Afrikaaners; I couldn't be bothered to put on my best Pik Botha accent, although I might just if they ever call back

My privacy has been invaded by numerous calls from these numbers, day and night, both on my mobile and land line. Today, just, I have manage to speak with the caller, male, indian accent voice, called Jaco! When I start asking him question like, "how did you know my number and how do you represent", he put the phone down on me. Any suggestions how to STOP those unwanted calls, please?

I had a call from 08703305275 and when I call back it went to 3 network - SALES!! don't bother picking up!

This number keeps calling me too, I think it's some sort of scam thing, especially since I've read that when people call back, it's going to lots of different telephone service providers including Talktalk, AOL and 3. All very strange, just wish they'd stop ringing all the time. Grrr!

said they were from 3 mobile and they ask you about your current phone so they can try and offer you a better deal on their network. when I told them I pay less than £5 a month they just hung up - good way to get rid of them!

Fed up with calls from this number who never answer when I pickup. This has to stop !!!!

Ya it happened with me... I keep on getting calls but no one speaks so thought to find the number on Google. Found this website. 0870 number is a revenue generating number so whoever the owner is, he is a real junk to find this way to earn money. Usually what happens is, you will always try and call back to your missed call. When you call the number, it either goes to their call centres and they will try to keep you on call for a longer period. Usually, they earn from 4p to 10p and in some instances they do earn upto 15p/ minute. There are some series of numbers I guess 09 in the UK that even allows you to earn 40p to £1.50p/minute. Have a good day, never give a recall to any number which starts with 087 or 070. Although, usually in the UK 07 is the series for UK registered mobile phones. However 070 is not. Now 004470 is a UK virtual mobile number, which can be forwarded to any mobile in the world. It is usually used for Nigerian scamming people to get your personal and banking details.

I had call. Saying they were from "3" the phone supplier. Loads of noise in background of call center.
Gonna waste their time next time they call. :D

Just got called by above number.
Had to say hello a few times but finally heard someone.
It's a guy calling from 3 mobile (or rather a company that deals with 3) offering me deals on mobiles.
I declined the offer and the guy on the other end didn't have a problem with it.
No hard sell \o/

I work for this company. The correct name is Three, the mobile phone network.  If you people were not so rude and arrogant, you would realise that Three has some fantastic deals on offer.  You think that you have soo much money and do not care about saving money.  I think that you should get off your high horses, open your mind, and listen to people that are only trying to help you.

We calling from Three and here at '3' we love to give things for Free. Whether it's a laptop or a Phone, we will never make you moan. The largest 3g network is called '3' and that's the only place you can get close to Free. Mix and Match 300 all the way to 11 Hundred will take out Real Midrid... in the first half, They out, What a Laugh. 3...3...3... it's were you wana be... If not, Why Not... You Ot to be on Three.
