Whoever has left here the customer services number - many thanks! i was getting many calls from few numbers and it was really annoying. When I called them they wanted my number and i refused, but then I though that I do not loose anything if I give it to them, so I rang again. I don’t know how does it work but since then I have NO CALLS (2 weeks)!! I’m just waiting for my bill, I was told they can refund if I have any costs, according to them this is not premium rate number, but who knows…

My phone hell started when I opened a new bank account with Natwest. Received several miss calls similar to this one, turns out it was Natwest's "third party" selling insurance. Now this number 8716654044 has started. Exactly the same thing. rings once. I'm on data protection as well as on TPS so who ever is doing this is breaking the law as every company should run their database before approaching anyone via phone or letter.

I got so annoyed that I actually closed the brand new Natwest account, but I'm quite sure that who ever started this pestering entered my unregistered phone number to some kind of nuisance list. Also started received lots of rubbish mail. I've been careful not to give my new address and phone number anywhere to avoid this, but thanks Natwest!

Yes same here, same number.... these things really annoy me. I own a business and i've ended up giving up on my landline number because i get so many sales calls on it, im paying for a dead duck!
Ofcom will defiantely be getting a call from me on this, these numbers should be investigated more quickly, there needs to be a better way of recording the reports of these nuisance calls and acting on the data !?!?!
