    Hi Sue,
When you apply for a loan with a legitimate loan company they will obviously do credit checks etc. However if you dont meet THEIR credit requirements they will turn you down. However it does not stop there. I have been informed (as i asked the same question as you)  That they will subsequently sell your details on to less fussy companies and so it begins ...until the scum at the bottom of the barrel get your details .....Do what i do turn the tables and wind them up its more fun .....and hopefully they will get fed up .......

Just had a call from this number. I never answer any calls from numbers I don't know, and then come here to check them out :)

    So, they're still active!

For those complaining that they are on TPS (as am I) and shouldn't be getting these calls - TPS can do nothing if the phone number is based outside the UK (as it seems this one is)

Stay safe - don't give anyone your details over the phone, that you don't know of

I have had no calls from them for a few weeks now, probably got fed up with the abuse I gave them ...However  I have started getting calls from another number ..03-4550-9871..3 this week .if anyone knows of this one because as of yet when I answer I get background 'office' noise then they hang up when I speak ...I suspect it is them but using a different number..so be careful just in case.....PS if you phone it back it says you have dialled a incorrect number.....

Yay more great news with regards to this number, company purporting to be www.personalloanmatch.Co.UK Asked if they could call back after I had time to research number, message on website stating that they are NOT ukash, and if UKASH had taken any money from you, to contact them directly.... Hmmmmmmm sounds COMPLETELY legit doesn't it... In short prob best that you do not answer phone ever again, unless you recognise number, if important would leave message.

    sick of pretending phone calls..
Yikes, this lovely company called me 23 times all in one day, Am either very very popular or somebody has sold my phone number... Supposedly personalloanmatch.Co.UK, Although do need many pennies, do not want pennies that I have to pay for first, shouldn't it be the other way round??? They give me money then I pay it back at vastly inflated rate.. probably best not to answer phone to this company, in fact is probably best to never answer phone again as number will have been sold to eleventy million people by now, If company is genuine, then they will leave message where applicable and contact number will NOT be premium rate number, happy loan hunting (there are a few reputable compqnies out there) honest xoxoxo

I am a little puzzled by your post.  UKash is not a loan company, it is a company which provides vouchers for amounts of cash so that it can be transferred all over the world.  It is a legitimate and long standing company.  The fake loan scammers ask the people they 'phone to make payments to them by buying a Ukash or Western Union voucher and giving the scammers the voucher number over the 'phone. As soon as you give them the voucher number they can cash it.  That is how the scam works. Ukash and Western Union are not part of the scam, although it would help to stop the scam if they had some sort of warning at the point of sale, something like "If you are buying this voucher as a result of a cold call be aware that it could be a scam">
