Again, in same boat. Google/Binged this number to start the "guessing game". I called it back after reading everyones entry here when realised it was Optus. Theyd be better off texting the promotional message if there is one because I would just think I dont know you as it looks like a WA number and Im not WA. What a waste of time, we are probably being collectively billed through veiled loading for these useless calls..........

This number called me in the middle of my friggen exam and they called more than once then my phone got conviscated and im not getting it back untill my exams are over and thats in two weeks time. Plus got my exam taken off me so i get a zero for my chemistry exam and thats not good for a yr 12 student sooo im fd thanks alot nsw number

Have had calls from this number, don't know them so would appreciate they stopped.

Just had a call from this number, I answered it and said "Hello" and they hung up. Called the number back and got Optus voicemail and other options and numbers to contact Optus. WTF is going on?

They ahve been calling me for over 2 weeks - same deal, rings twice and hangs up.  Called the number and got the Optus voicemail.  Why don't they leave a message??

It is a pain, I'm looking at changing from Optus and have been with them since I had a mobile- 15 years!

I have been called by this number every day at the same time. I work a fulltime job and have better things to do than to answer a number I don't know at 10-11am. Also an optus customer. I'm guessing telemarketer

If your not interested in anything optus may be offering simply just save the number under dont answer/ optus sales, this really is a  first world problem, everyone loves to have something to whinge about

I have 5 different numbers have called me, I now have put them all in my contacts on my iPhone under "DON'T ANSWER" with an appropriate ringtone. Haha

Yep it's Optus alright. Bloody nuisance!
All they want is to update mobiles. I've had 2 calls from them and they don't answer. Idiots.

Yep it's optus alright - they have been bugging me for a long time now.

Phone number has called me and my daughter's phone. I answered the person said hello and then I heard a noise like a camera taking a photo and they hung up. Pretty annoying and suspicious. It seems from looking it up that is Optus but I'm not going to waste my money calling the number to find out.

This has been called many times on mobile 2 rings stops! Also my husbands phone!

Why were you allowed to take a mobile into an exam???
