In some places, including wher I live, the council will give you loft and cavity wall insulation for free.  I'm under Sheffield City Council.  091319 - premium rate by the sounds these low-life bunch of scumbags are just on some sort of scam.  DONT CALL THEM BACK - it will probably cost you a fortune!

I've been registered on TPS for years and as far as I'm aware you don't need a six digit number to prove you're registered, I don't think it exists unless they've changed it.  I just turned the music up on my sound system to full volume when they called me and put the phone right next to it, they soon hung up. Just one big scam.  DONT RING BACK, premium rate number.

Just recieved a .Seilent call

These jokers just called me. A man with an Indian accent asked to speak to the homeowner. As I am ex-directory and with TPS, I always ask who they want to speak to, so I said "What's the homeowner's name?" After repeating the question three or four times, and getting the same answer "I know what it is but I'm not going to say" I told him to get lost and put the phone down. He called back immediately afterwards. I asked to speak to the supervisor and he kept saying "What's his name?" He then told me to think before I speak, and how do I like it? It was they who called me!! I won't be answering calls from them again.

Had a call from 091319 this evening. Woke me from a snooze. Not best pleased especially when they just hang up. I am on the site which should stop this crap.

I am glad I found this site.  You can see that this happens a lot to people every day.  This 091319 number has called me about 10 times on my home phone number in the last week. I just ignore it as I never answer calls to numbers which I don't recognise. Everyone should get caller ID on their phone so you can see who is calling you.  I don't answer strange numbers ever but this one is annoying me as it keeps trying all the time.  I see from the complaints that this is some kind of scam number so I won't be answering it ever.  It annoys me because my home number is ex-directory and I am registered with TPS so this really shouldn't happen!!!

got  fed up o fthis number ringing  me, so after  the  third time  yesterday  i  just  said"stop ringing my number "  then told them to"f*** off.And  it  seems  to have worked.  yipppppeeee.

These lot call constantly - I usual leave the answer phone to take all incoming messages - led to believe these are ExEnergy - firstly Indian woman asking to complete survey DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DETAILS. 091 319 cannot get back as number doesn't exist so Roger John Lever and Graham Hall must run some form of SCAM even though PPT registered but this doesn't prevent them. It has only been since going to Talk Talk that I am constantly bombared by these so-called surveys.

AVOID THEM like the plague!!

Just started receiving calls from this particular number but have been pestered over last 20 months or so by various numbers from different countries as well as UK

To No Name above I like you also suspect it is TalkTalk as the calls started after TalkTalk took over from  Tiscali

I am registered with TPS and am ex-directory and have caller ID - and have heard that one can pay TalkTalk to block calls !!!

I often get calls from this number, today at 10am (Saturday morning).  Sound long distance and male caller had an Indian/Asian accent.  He asked to speak to the property owner but wouldn't tell me who he was.  I said I don't want calls at all and asked he to take me off his list.  He said, "I'll hang up then - go to hell!"  The cheek of it!  Furious!

I on currently on maternity leave (fairly irrelevent other than I am now home for all the calls rather than seeing a string of missed calls on the machine every night!) I am being called from 091319 constantly. I vary between picking up and waiting...hearing nothing and hanging up or just ignoring it completely. The other night it rang in the middle of a meal and my partner answered it. He said the line was crackly, the persn speaking was whispering in broken English and asking for "the homeowner". He wouldn't answer questions such as 'where did he get this number from?' or even 'who was he calling on behalf of?' We are also on TPS (we thought). My partner told him in no uncertain terms to delete this number from their records and never call here again.

They've called at least twice a day every day since then :(

This number has been calling for weeks - usually 2 or 3 times a day

Same MO - Bad line, can I speak to the home owner.

Claimed they were checking my government grant eligibility, I pointedly asked them if they were an official government department and they repeated "checking my government grant eligibility"

I asked them what they were trying to sell and were they a private company.  The said EFIL which they said stood for eco friendly installations limited

I then asked where my number came from and he said it was from "list brokers"

He then asked me if I was registered with TPS and I confirmed I was - he then apologised and said he would remove me from their list
