A call from 1036? Geez, the government can't secure their own infrastructure and I'm expecting them to act on the "Do Not Call" violations... Looks like this has gone on and been reported for quite some time.

are you kidding ?? By now we should all know the difference between , sh-- and apple butter.If it's important they will leave a message , usually . 1036 is what I had on my caller id .Why would I Even think about answering it? There encouraged by people that do ........

Stupid lady called talking about my microsoft computer service department appointment. She had an Indian accent and she was yelling. I mimicked her accent, yelling back WAAAAHT? I HAVE NO COMPUTERE!!
She hung up.

I hope these asshats call back so I can [***] with them.

Obviously the government doesn't care about it's citizens. I didn't give my number to these spammy scammy people. You know who gave it out? The phone company. VERIZON.

You know how and why I know? They call my number and the first thing they say is my name. OBVIOUSLY the previous owner of this number did not give the number out .. as Verizon has claimed.

I get 10 "political" or "charity" or "telemarketer" calls a day. I'm on the government's "Do Not Call" list. What a joke. Verizon won't let me cancel my phone unless I agree to pay $25 more on my monthly bill. They also want me to sign up for tv.

Like Spokeo .. when did it become okay to just give out all my family's addresses and info and post it on the internet? Those [***] claimed that a specific member of my family gave out all of our info. He would never do such an absurd thing. He doesn't even own a tv or cell phone.

Nothing is private anymore. THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT PROTECTING US FROM MARKETING AND INDUSTRY.

My turn. Call from guy said he was with Microsft and my computer was infected with Trojan virus and about to crash. Blah, blah, blah. I said my computer was fine and asked where he was calling me from. Microsoft. No, where are you located. Incomprehensible at that point and I said "have a nice day, good bye".

1036 call no one answered

Got the call today and last week also he announced him self he is from Microsoft Tech Support say my computer is running bad. The first time he call it was a different number and I said don't trust this number and this time he call and I gon along with it and going to let the PD know about this.

I got a call from this number it is someone from a Microsoft support team trying to get your money!

It not just this number they use they use 036 also they keep on switching number so they won't get tracked so easily. And now they just call me as unknown number.

I got a call from 1036 today and a man with an accent not from here said he was from Microsoft and that he was in my computer. I said, "you are not in  my computer" and hung up. Glad to see others reported this.

This number keeps calling leaving no message, no number to find who they are. First time I thought it strange, second time an then again an again. It's like they were waiting for me to answer. Well, I do not answer the cell unless I recognize the name an if unusual I check phone numbers I have.

It sounded like somebody was doing some kind of a business in the background in a foreign country. I couldn't understand the man it sounded like they were using some kind of CB device or something. I'm just sick of these people the call

Keep getting calls on my caller ID from 1036.  Found to be from Hungary or India.  I do not answer and they call around 11:30 CST daily.  SCAMMERS

Got a call today and they asked if I had any student loans and before I could ask to be placed on a do not call list the person hung up

Just got a phone call exactly like what you just described. I told them I do not own a laptop or computer so I dont know what they were talking about. They told me to have a nice day and hung up. How do they get our phone number! Bizarre

Did'nt answer the call, so I don't really know who it was. It called me twice today 2/3/2016 God, I hope no one falls for the scam!!
