- evieThis number keeps appearing on my husbands phone and I've read a couple of the text that he receives and it's just trash. We use to fight about it all the time because I though he was lying to me, now I'll have to go back and apologize. :) I'm not sure why it only happens on his phone but I will be contacting T-mobile for some answers.
- nikiI had the same incident with that same number coming from Seattle WA. My husband called T-Mobile and they said that is there tower they use when we are roaming, So hopefully that answers your questions
- W BHad several text from this number, and when called say's number is disconnected. When contacted T Mobile they claim that it had to come from my phone, and I need to take care of it. This is my final straw with T Mobile they were one of the best when I got my phone 3 yrs ago, now there customer service as well as network has fallen way off.
- Wanna knowFrom another site:
From what I can track down, people are being hit by supposedly-different domains (matchclub.### dating-only.### datehop.###, etc.). I am using ### on purpose, because I do not want to give these people free advertising. Well, they ALL lead back to the same website, Friend Jungle. That web site owns several domains beyond the couple that I listed that redirects to their main site. They are the people who are spamming everybody. Google them. - Rob| 1 replyHagens, Berman, Shobol and Shapiro LLP have initiated a class-action lasuit against T-Mobile - for more information and to join the suit go to hbsslaw.com.
Do not pay attention to some rather aggressive messages in this trail suggesting this is simply the number of a router bouncing text messages - these people (possibly associated with T-Mobile) are deliberately attempting to confuse you with pretended technical knowledge. Messages that have never been sent (because a phone has not been switched on) also cannot bounce anywhere, and even if this would be an internal T-Mobile router, you should never be charged for internal T-Mobile traffic in the first place. Whatever technical jargon may be used to attempt to disguise the fact, this is simply a matter of fraudulent charges, and it is amazing that a company such as T-Mobile can simply get away with it.- Caller: T-Mobile
- JStevensI did some research, and found out this is just the messaging number that your T mobile text go through when your out of their area. They can be your regular messages, but also can be ones t mobile sends you about your bill reminder. They are working on fixing this and will only be charging you for yours.
- warren, navy sailorMe and my wife had a huge argument because of this damn number. I'm so relieved to know this. T-mobile certainly needs to be informed of this and I'm certainly gonna have a word with them tomorrow!
- JessicaI myself a Marine wife who is always useing my T-mobile phone to keep in contact with my husband. Noticed high text message numbers on our bill. So iwent online only to find this number over 100 times on his bill. I tried to call but it isn't a working number. I called tmobile and they explained that when my husband send text messages it goes to this service center but loses the number of the actual text. It made sense so i left it alone. Them my husband returned home and we went on our boat for the day. When I received my bill it showed this number over 17 times in one day the exact time my husband was being pulled behind our boat on a tube. So the number showed up even when he wasn"t usein his phone? This is weird so I called T-mobile back and they said they were accurate texts. Pretty much calling me a liar . I was seriously mad. I have been a T-mobile user for 7 years always paid my bill and they have the nerve to insult my intelligence. I really think they need to retrain themselves on customer service. How rude.
- Caller: T-mobile
- jean krommI was texted from this number. they said they had gotten my number from a friend.
and to look for them on this dating web site that i would know who they were.
I don't know them. - tquickI just reviewed my bill and was not very happy when I saw all of the text messages to this number. Thank you for the people who gave the accurate information that this is the roaming text number. I only have texts for this number during the week that I was out of state. I also verified this number, as can you, on T-Mobile's website regarding this matter. This will explain why my text show three hours off, too (I am in ET zone).
- Leah| 3 repliesI am in leadership within T-Mobile and actually took an escalated call over this where my customer advised me of this site and all the confusion over the number 206-313-0004.
206-313-0004 is T-Mobile service center number. I have worked for T-Mobile for almost 4 yrs and yes we do get a fair amt of calls in regards to this number. It will only show up as an outgoing text message because you were roaming when you sent the message and the roaming partners tower will only pick up the number the text orginates through which is the service center number. Once it gets to our service center it translates the message and number sending it to your destination. The roaming partner however will not be able to see this information resulting in ONLY outgoing text showing this number. If you call it you will get an error or switch recording. One way to check if you are roaming domestically is t-mobile.com we have a ICM down to the street address. It will also display the roaming partner on your handset. Hate to see all the confusion cleary there are a lot of people upset/ confused over this. You can still see all the incoming text just not the outgoing number while you are roaming. Hope this clears up some of the confusion! :) - BeckiI noticed text messages on my son's phone and asked him why he was writing someone in another state. He assured me he had not done so. Then, I googled the cell phone number, just to see if it was some sort of phone virus. After finding this site, I checked all of our T-mobile phones for texting to 206-313-0004. My husband's phone and my son's phone have both been doing it for months! I am so shocked. What is being transmitted from our phones???????
- MistyI am so glad I looked this number up. My husband had like 30 texts from them in the wee morning hours and I was pissed. Thanks for posting all this. We really should do something about this. It has almost caused too many relationship problems and this could be serious.
- DESIREEI TO HAVE BEEN RECEIVING TEXT FROM THIS NUMBER. ON MY BILL IT SHOWS UP AS THE 206 # BUT ON MY PHONE IT SHOWED UP AS AN 818 OUT OF CALIFORNIA. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY A CALIFORNIA NUMBER WOULD BE COMING FROM A WASHINGTON POST, UNLESS THAT PERSON WAS OVER THERE. ON MY BILL IT DOES NOT SHOW THE 818 BUT THE 206-313-0004. WHO AND WHAT IS TEXTING ME IF NOT THE PERSON?
- Caller: IT WAS A PERSONAL TEXT
- julieI got a text message that said, Petite_brunette/ wanna come see if you recognize me online, at petite-brunette.love-list.org well hope to see you soon!
- Pissed TOO!!Just a 2 texts from this number as well, and dumba** me, I texted back, thinking it was friend messing w/my head. I'll be contact t-Mobile RIGHT NOW TO GET THE BOTTOM OF THIS. And I'll probably be trying to see if they will dimiss the charges from my bill.
Thank goodness I got online and did a bit a research, otherwise, I wouldn't known about this.- Caller: T-Mobile
- heatheri just checked my phone bill and saw that i had over 100 outgoing messages from this number. i called it to see who it was and i even text it, then i found this site... i think its rediculous that they would do that. its not costing me anything because i have unlimited messaging, but i think its rediculous that other people have to pay for this.
- a&Ktotal 21 texts to the same number
7 of them in 1 minute
How do you bail out the us economy? Charge a bunch of people $3 a bill and hope the majority of them don't catch it. Were there any side deals with t mobile on that bail out bill??? - r kellysomeone keeps texting me late at night from this #, i dont know anyone from this area
- LadyI am urging everyone to cancel their Tmobile account immediately. This is absolutely ridiculous. I never send text messages yet my bill shows I've sent many texts to (206) 313-0004. If I haven't sent any text messages to begin with, why am I being charged? I looked back on pervious bills and now found that I've been charged every month for these messages. They are taking advantage of us in hopes that we will not look at our bill. They were lucky with me, I rarely check my bill but I happened to take a look this month, thank god! We cannot let these companies take advantage of us. We deserve to be with a company that we can trust.
