I answered, no one answered. ID said "winner".  Annoying.

Multiple calls, no msgs left. When answered in person they just hung up. I think maybe they are just validating phone numbers to use on solicitors call lists. Answered several times and got a click (hang up) no response. Could be computerized just to annotate live line.

Called Monday 8/13 at 6:36pm. Caller ID: WINNER. Call directed to voicemail. No message was left. My numbers have been on Do Not Call registries since the beginning. Both federal and state. I used to file complaints all the time, but I had to give it up for frivolous reasons like earning a living. Our government in action. I use the "Do Not Disturb" feature from my phone service provider. It's the only thing that keeps me from ripping the phone out of the wall.

My caller id said "WINNER". I let my answering machine pick up the call & it recorded most of their automated message:

"...your home. If you will allow us to place a small sign in your yard, we will install a new security system at absolutely no cost to you whatsoever. There is no cost for the system or the installation whatsoever. To hear more, press 1 now. To be placed on a "Do Not Call" list, press 9."

The day after my neighbors house was robbed a couple months ago this Home Alarm Company started calling. I am on the Do Not Call. IF you listen to the recorded msg at the end it states press 9 to be removed but that has not worked & they still phone me but less often. Filing a complaint

This # "WINNER" called, did not answer, no message left.  Lots of these kinds of calls lately, and my block feature is now full.  I'm starting to think about just turning all the ringers off, so that the phone is here for our use in calling out, and any valid callers can leave a voicemail.

I have been receiving these calls and they won't stop calling.  I have filed complaints with the DNC List and I'm VERY suspicious...is the DNC List office selling my phone number to the telemarketers???

Telemarketers. I dialed *67 (so as not to identify my phone number when calling them back), and their message stated, "If you wish to be removed from our contact list, unblock your phone number and call again to be removed".  So, I did that. I called the 206-496-0929, pressed 1, and the recorded message said my phone number would be removed in 24 hours and to have a nice day".

WINNER...left no message

Received a call today from 206-496-0929 and the Caller ID says "Winner."  I don't answer and they don't leave a message.  Have received several calls lately from this same number and same caller ID.  I am also on the "Do Not Call" list which obviously isn't worth the paper or anything else that it is printed on.  I additionally updated my information with the DNC list a couple of months ago, so it's not like it is out of date.  So tired of these unwanted calls from these people and others trying to sell something I definitely do not want.

These jerks call all the time and I report them every time. Nothing ever changes. They offer to put a security sign in your yard and for that give you a new security system. I asked the guy the name of the company and he said something that sounded like Trugate Technologies, but could not find it on google.com.

206-496-0929 Robo-caller claim to be "General Electric Alarm Company" that would install a "free" alarm system if I place their sign in my yard. Then quoted stats from the FBI. It was clearly fraudulent. I am on the do not call list and these people continue to call with different "stories". The caller ID was listed as WINNER?
