Calls everyday 4 rings then hangs up... caller ID says WINNER... I'm sick of this crap!!! Can't even go to the bathroom with the damn phone ringing from this number

How to stop them.
caller ID shows the name WINNER.

No message, calls several times a day. Call comes up with name "Annoucement". I'm on the DNC list and am thinking this list is useless.

Called and after i did not answer came an 800-900-0929  TOLL FREE NUMBEER.Ii AM TIRED OF THIS!  NO MESSAGES LEFT!!

oh, it was for "winner"?  i thought it said "wiener", so i gave it to my brother-in-law.

Says annoncement on caller id.    Someone enforce do not call list please

Please report this to those responsible for the DNC list.  This is ridiculous!

Caller ID said ANNOUCEMENT.  No response when I picked up.

I've received calls from them too-I trace them back to another number which I answered (pacific construction services, I think) who were crude so i hung up. They must have sold my number to more and now I get at least 3 calls a day from different numbers. I do report them and hope you will take the time to so so also.

CID indentified this caller as ANNOUNCMENT.
I contacted the above referenced website for Washington State Govt. They refered me to Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-382-4357. Actually spoke to a human and provided the information to file a complaint against this number.
Skipped the DNC reporting this time. Hope I helped with this information.

I now have the number to FTC in my speed dial list. I would suggest you do the same.

Thank you for the information on who to contact. When I contacted them I was referered to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION @ 1-877-382-4357. Spoke to a human and gave all information to file a complaint.

Advice to all. Put the FTC number in your speed dial list or post it next to the phone. It took about 5 minutes to complete.

1-877-382-4357 when prompted  press 1 and then 3 at the next prompt. You will be connected to a REAL LIVE PERSON that really seems to care.

Received call from Announcement / 206-496-0929. I quickly yelled do not call. He hung up. Then 30 seconds later get a call from 786-233-9877. I answered as if I was a Law Enforcement Officer. There was no reply. I hung up. I set my cell phone to show no number and called 786-233-9877 back. I man answered. I stated that a LEO just received a call from the 786 number. He said that he was Mike and that this was a home security center. So everybody call Mike. :-)

I called the number back & it was busy & ringing at the same time.

These callers are  SCAMS. They call all the time. DO not give them any information and you CAN BLOCK them if you have that setting.  Here are the numbers that I found to be SCAMMERS!!!! I am keeping a log and will be posting them each time they call!

Called ID says, "Announcement".  I filed a complaint to Washington Attorney General's Office as suggested by JD.  We'll see what happens.

This number calls me all the time about a security system.

Stop calling my damn phone not intersted what you have to say i dident give you my number stay the hell off my phone line

Let it go to voicemail. Caller left no message.

Security Service-- they have called 4 times today.

Just received a call from 206-496-0929
Did not answer ,i called back and it says number is not in service
