Got a call from this number also. Recorded message (in English) said it was a collect call. When I pressed 1 to accept,  it told me the caller had hung up.

Call came at 3:51pm PST Feb 12th, no message left.

I received a call at 6/15 pm PST. It appears that a new automated dialing scheme is launched to call cell phone. I think someone is selling valid cell phone numbers to telemarketer.

yea was at worrk tonight and missed it at 8:01pm thurs feb 12 2009. no msg on the answering machine, and i randomly googled the number and came up with this site.

Got a call on my personal cell phone from 208-991-1196 at 7:52 PM on 2/11/09.  I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer.

I got a call from 208-991-1196 on my cell phone.  I don't answer calls from anyone that I don't know.  They did not leave a voice mail.  I even have my number listed on the National Do Not Call Registry, so I would really like to know who this is, how they got my number and why they were calling me.  If anyone knows who this number is registered to, please post.  I want to report them!

Received missed call 2/12 while at work.  Didn't recognize number & no message left. Googled number and found this site.

Got this Spanish language call on my cell yesterday and then at my work number this morning.  I pushed '1' and was congratulated.  Eventually someone answered.  I asked why they are calling me, and she said why did you press 9 and then hung up on me.

I am so sure these calls will stop - right.

Just got a call didn't leave a message but everytime a random number calls I google it and get to this site and its always some [***].

this is the problem with carrier plans. once you activate, your number is distributed in their database. one click and you get a hick from egypt asking you if you'll sample their movie next spring. what the hell? i don't want to watch barney in a toga and moreso, i don't want to be harassed by untraceable numbers telling me its going to be the best movie in years. Just got a call from this number at 830 in the morning, didnt leave a voicemail either so I thought I would look it up.  Actually this is the second time people called me a couple weeks ago like this.  Called my friend the next day with a 208 number and had the spanish when he answered like you said.

Just rec'd call in Spanish on my MagicJack phone.
I'm currently traveling in Mexico and don't know anyone in Idaho.
Found this site re: the # and now presume it's some kind of autodial
thing. Wierd... Since I don't speak Spanish well enough, I have no clue...
