I just got a call from that number, I did not answer it.  I did a reverse lookup and, of course, the owner of the number is not published.  What I did find out is that the provider of the telephone service is www.bandwith.com.  Their phone number is (800) 808-5150.  Maybe if enough people contacted this provider to complain, they would stop providing to these crooks.

just got a call from them about 5 min ago, didnt answer it, googles the number and it pointed me here, glad i didnt answer it

Got a call from this number today. In the past I've had a few calls from Sunset Vacation Club in Cancun, Mexico directly to my cellphone. If you want to complain try http://sunsetworld.net/ or call 1-866-7601842 and try to get a hold of their call centre.

They are not abiding by the do-not-call list that is enforced in Canada and the USA. Somehow they have purchased a list of cellphone numbers and are calling them randomly - even 3-4 times a day.

Got a call just a minute ago. All in spanish... Looked it up on google, led me here...

The reason why you are seeing the +20 is that this call prob originated from Mexico... My gf got this call yesterday and I got this call around 1pm est... They left a voice message but it was all silence I am on the att network!!

They call me, all in Spanish, they said that I won money. I hang up. What can we do?  They have access to cell phone numbers!!!!

Yeah I got a call from this number today and it was a recording in spanish I hung up.

I got this call too i didn't answer though. I heard that cell numbers are no longer private so we can be called by Telemarketers but you can put your cell number on the Do not call list by calling 888-382-1222

It takes approximately 1 month before the Do Not Call registry completes the necessary background for a telemarketing block for a specific number calling your cellphone.  But it is worth it.  The more postings DNCR receives from people like us the more inclined the DNCR is to go after the telemarketer.  So...post 208.991.1196 into the DNCR's complaint box, and forget about it.

They called my phone early in the morning and left no voicemail.
