Got a call from this # on 2-13-09.  Don't know who it is and didn't get a voice-mail.  Call was at about 9pm.

Dont call me..your wasting your time..I dont answer calls I do not recognize!!

Got the call a couple of days ago. Considering I was looking for a possible call from out town I answered. *didn't remember the area code I was waiting for* Anyway, it was all Spanish and sounded automated. I hung up. Now this 809 scam came up and I got all worried I was being charged thousands of dollars for answering. Will be doing what some suggest here.

same as the other ppl dont know this number and i get alot of calls from unknown out of area numbers

I got called by this number. I anwsered it and it made me laugh because from the recording, which was in spanish and I speak spanish, I could tell it was a scam. I wouldn't just win $5,000 or $50,000 (I can't remember how much it said) out of the blue.

Total scam, don't waste your time or minutes.

This number called my cell twice and was something in Spanish

They just called me. I didn't answer it though.

IC Systems is a debt collector. A relative of mine asked me to look the number up after getting NUMEROUS calls every day. They were trying to collect for Spiegel and Newport News (catalog clothiers). They were contacting my relative to collect and they were relentless until they were paid off.
