I got a call today from this number, they already had some of my information from 2009, where I worked, my full name and my ss#. they said a letter would arrive in 3-5 business days with a court date for me to tell the judge my side of the story. I AM WAITING.

These folks continue to call. This time using a different case number. I called the BBB and they said this is a SCAM and the biggest scam going at the time. Do not pay or give them any info. it is annoying as h-----.

This morning i received two calls one to my personal cell and the other to my company phone. Once i called them back a rude woman that threatened me and then wished me luck for getting loans and not paying back. I hung up called my lender and as i knew i was in no dept with them if not that i was pre-approved for another loan! These people are con artist all they want is for you to get scared and give them your bank or credit card info so they can clean you out! well this is the second time in the last two years i get this kind of calls so they wont be getting me that easy! LOL! people just be careful and as the previous person said ask all the questions and give them nothing that will drive them nuts once they see that they wont get anything from you... :)

Called cliaming money owed - when asked what attorney's Bar number was, hung up. I called back they hung up again, the robo called multiple times in a 20 minute period

Called wanted to pay 1000.00 payday loan from 09. Offered to settle for 500.00 say that would see me in court

This place is full of it no law inforcement agency will call you to tell you that you have a pending restraining order. When I called them back they tried to get me to give them information about my address and my ss#.  They only had half of it but I would not confirm if it was right or not.  After a while of playing the game with them I really got upset and just hung up.

People work too hard for their money if you get a call from this number, PLEASE PLEASE do not give them any information

I also got a call from from 210-892-1308 stating the same information that I had a payday loan, but they could not tel me I owe and stated that once the money was paind in full than I would receive a letter from the original company.  Once I questioned her she got very loud, smart and kept on arguring about the situation, than I repaeted the name of the company back to her she stated she didn't say that and that she was not a part of a firm she is just a litigator.  She also stated that she had no supervisior and was the only one who worked there.

I will call them and say something lie low life scum and hang up  see how thay like it about 20 times a day

I just keep calling them and telling them that thay are scum and hang up I do this about 10 to 15 times a day drives them crazy

My daughter just started receiving calls from them also.  They called her and she was thrown at the fact that someone had a restraining order on her.  They also called and left that info with my mother.  First, why would a company who wants money put out a restraining order.  Especially when we are in Maryland and they are supposedly in Texas.  Clearly, they do not know what they are doing.  Secondly, they are giving this information to anyone who will listen.  They are already violating the Fair Debt Collection Act.  By law, they have to prove you even owe a debt.  Once you request proof in writing, they are suppose to comply.  NEVER NEVER NEVER GIVE THEM INFORMATION!!!  If they have the proper documents with your information they can mail proof to you.  Unfortunately, we do things on the internet with all these affiliate websites and they get out information.  So they know whether you applied for a credit card or a payday loan.  They use it against us.  DO NOT FEAR THESE SCAMMERS.  I have had them in one form or another and I continue to outwit them every time.  Trust me, their system is good because they did pull my credit report while I was in bankruptcy and I immediately contacted my attorney at that time.  I keep my credit report protected.  If you feel unsafe with these calls.  Contact the credit bureaus and protect your information.  IT IS FREE!  It lasts for 90 days.

I also looked up as much as I could about the 210-892-1308 number.  It is a mobile number under a company called Tex-Link Communicaions.  The are using a service called OneBox which masks who they are and where they are.  It is a virtual service.  You can find out more about it at www.onebox.com.  Maybe if we all call Tex-Link and start complaining and send all our local law agencies to them may force them to have to look into it.  So If you are complaining to some type of law official, I would include them in it.  Maybe it will force them to have better checks and balances.  It surely could not hurt.

It is a family doing this I pissed one of them off and he told me that I can not speak to his father like that thay called me 36 times

Received call claiming that I had an outstanding debt from a PayDay Loan and would be receiving a subpoena to appear in court to set up payment for restitution.  When I ask how they got my information, woman claimed they were merely the contacting "Loan" department and could not give me any further information other than someone would appear at my residence with the paperwork.  Even though the address in their records is incorrect.  When I started questioning how they got my information, and what my vital information that they had on file was, she got belligerent. stated that they would see me in court and hung up on me.

I have been getting calls like this for over two years. Different names and agencies given. Never once have I been served with anything, had wages garnished, taken to jail, or any of the other threats they make. They are con artists who are trying to extort money from you. If I'm in the mood, I'll mess with them. Most of the time, though, I just ignore them.

a male voice called and stated i have a restraining order or complaint filed against me and have 24 hours to respond or a subpena will be issued if i dont respond. I asked serveral questions but he became real irritated and kept stating that i needed to call 210-892-1308 and use this case number.He stated his job is track people down and refer them to the other department. So I called the number did the correct voice prompt. I waited on hold for 5 minutes and hung up. Then googled this company name and found this website. I know this is a scam. Thank you for the warning.
