Called my home phone for a person never connected with this number at all. Caller ID said "Unknown". Call back number buried and mumbled in the middle of the message. A Tracy Perez, Special Investigator, stated an affidavit for this person to appear in court for a restraining order.

No company name was given by this "Tracy Perez".

Lack of verification that this number makes this highly suspicious and possibly like a phishing expedition.

I recieved a call from a man by the name of John Fergerson said that a complaint had been filed against me and that I needed to call them within 48 hours with my attorney. The number was 1-(210)-892-1308. The message was that a complaint has been filed against me and that I needed to respond with my attorney's name. I called the number back and only got a recorded sound of music. The account number was QILK1266. They even called my father's home phone number in which he contacted me and told me that I needed to call this number within 48 hours or they will see me in court. Once you dial the number listed above, it gives you several options to choose from.  I am reporting this to the BBB and I will call the number on tomorrow again, only to record the conversation.

It is nothing but a scam

i just got a call today from the same number. telling me that i have a pending restraining order for a financial loan saying that if i dont respond within 24 - 48 hours i would have to go to court. they say my case number was QILK1970. its nothing but a scam.

Got a call from a John Ferguson  saying he was from the Federal Bureau of investigations at my parents phone number. They said I am beig charged with a crime and to call the given number to find out what it's about.

I got this call today saying that i have 24 to 48 hours to call back for me or my lawer to call them.  Does anyone know who this is .   Thanks

I just got a phone message and they also called my parents stating that I was in contempt of court for failure to appear and that they were going to put out a restraining order on me.  When I tried to call back, the phone call would not go through.  I had the same thing happen to me about 6 months ago.  The guys last name is Sheppard and he states that he is a private invetigator.

My Dad recieved a call from Central Asset Bureau asking for me. i haven't lived there in over 15 years. same stuff as above. I am really outraged that they would call my dad when i have a listed phone # in my name. Definately something fishy here. thanks for all the posts. Now i know that i am not a fugitive from a bad debt, just some scam artists. thanks again for all the info.

A voicemail was left by Amy Stewart stating a compliant was filed against my son gave a case number and telephone number for him to call. Sounds like a scam to me. Called the number no person answered but was placed on hold. So i hung up.

I eceived a call from this samme number claiming that i owed money to schwan's, whoever they maybe.  I have already contacted the Business Bureau and Attorney General. On my id it was also listed unknown.

People all over Alabama are getting calls from this phone # and 813-217-5283 and a private # regarding Wachovia Bank Checking Accounts. These people are very rude. IT IS A SCAM DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE. They are adding over $400.00 to real balance and they are not will to take mailed in payment or check by phone. ALL REAL Collection Companies should be willing to take a payment in the mail and mail you a letter about your account. They should never threaten you about taking you to court or having you arrested. They can state the facts about them being about to take you to court to get a judgment and garnishment if you do not pay but never us it to threaten you to pay.  Please do not pay these people. IF you do pay them you do not get the money back and you will still owe the real company that has your account. I just got the same call from a 210-892-1308 number claiming there was a court order out for my wife.
I'm planning on inviting them over to collect the money in person. Once they get here I'll call the police and an Ambulance to come and pick them up.
My wife has never had any debt and these clowns need to be stopped.

I just called a call from Tracy Ferrell (special investigator) 210-892-1308 and they stated that I have a restraining order pending on me and that I must call back and forward my information to my attorney, etc.  I've been harrassed by bill collectors before so I decided to check the number out and I'm glad that I found out this information.  I appreciate all your information that you share on here it lets me stay alert.

I can't believe how far some of this people will go to scam people for money.  I'll be sure to avoid these people.

They called me and said I was being served  with a supeona for fraud ..Talked to me about an upaid payday loan. I asked them what the compamy was and thery were vague  Shame on me. I even asked them for a raw copy of the agreement and they convinced me that because it was on the internet one could not be provided.

Well I was so upset, that I paid.. 2 seconds after , I realized that this may be a scam. Sure enough, once I got to work, I looked it up..The BBB states that this is not a business and gives it an F raring.

got a call from central asset bureau claiming i had a bad check written to schwann foods and they have been trying to contact me since 2007. she had my address and the first 5 digits of my soc.sec. i have never written a check to schwann foods. i told her that if i owed it i would pay it, but not without documentation. she said she could'nt and she would see me in court.  the phone # that called was 2108911308.

central assets bureau has an f rating with the BBB   and the BBB  has a red alert on this business  apparently they have complaints filed against them and will not respond to the BBB on any of these claims

A lady called lula Mckenzie called me and said I have had a restraining order issued and need to call 210-892-1308 to find out details and have this resolved.  She would not give any other information, only that I need to call 24-48 hours.  She gave me a file number of k9ty1258.  When I called this number It was automated.  Pretty sure it is a SCAM...who are these people

For real!  I was told the same thing Lulu Mckenzie (special investigator) yet has no information but a number 210-892-1308!   Well if there is a restraining order for me, then why has local authorities not contacted me first..Whatever, right!
