Phone number (210) 892-1308 IS A FRAUD. I tested them over the phone to see if they were legit and they dodged answering anything. They accuse my husband of openeing a bank account back in 09' with Wachovia?! My husband or I have never had an account with Wachovia until LAST year when they became WELLS FARGO. And even so, it was for our car loan? So definately suspicious.

They called my parents today and did the same scam, left this number, etc.  My question is -- do they ever call back?  If we just don't respond will they go away?

I have gotten a call from 210-892-1308 at my place of work. This is NOT acceptable!  They left a message stating that there was a restraining order against me and if my lawyer did not call  with in 24 hours I would be in bill trouble. Also in the message gave a complaint #. Will be calling them back and report to athorities. Stop calling me at work.

I receive a call today about attempt to collect a debt from phone number 210-892-1308 said that I owe 2000 and I need to pay 200.15 to not get a warrant to appear in court I looked the the number up phone it belongs in texas and could not get anymore information the web. I have contacted texas police and gave them the phone number that I am being harassed by this number this is a scam and I advise anyone receiving calls report to police. Thanks

A message from "Special Investigator Tracy Perez" left me a number and affidavit number. The number she left was 210-892-1308. She used the terms/phrases, "Restraining Order", "Summoned to court", "48 hours for you and your attorney to respond".

These low-life scam artists should be imprisoned for their actions. Amazing the level at which they stoop in order to make their dishonest living.

I called that number and the belligerent lady was unclear about who their "Client" was in this matter, and hung up on me when I ask about how I could contact their client.

It's a shame they use a San Antonio area code; I love Texas, and these thieves deserve a Texas sized whoopin'.

they are dragging good names through the mud. Schwan's is a frozen food company and they do home deliveries (the yellow trucks) they also have a line of frozen pizza's in stores.  they are based in MN.  I spoke with them today as I got about 6 calls in about 10 minutes including the one made to my parents home.  file a police report for the phone calls.  they can not do much unless they have many complaints

Mill Road...........never even heard of Taylor Mill Road.............she said if I didnt pay a balance of 5000.00 past due that I would be going to jail.......I live in a wheel chair with mitochondrial myopathy and also Myasthenia gravis.   I have since called this number and allI can get is music playing there favorite tune.......that night I had to go to the ER I was so upset.........if I owe it I will pay but they will just have to take me to jail if they can't get the information correct..........waiting for these people to get what they need a good ole ass kicking and some time in jail to think on what they aredoingg to the old and young people..........

I got a phone call too saying they are going to get me for fruad and something else because I owe Schwann foods. She told me she would see me in court also. This must be a scam.

I got a call at my dads house this morning from them. Anthony Winston was extremely pushy and said i had a court case complaint filed against me and gave my bro a case#. He asked for me by my maiden. He then called my cell phone (my bro did NOT give this out) and left a very intense nasty message saying something about a restraining order against me, blah blah blah couldnt really understand too much. Hmmm interesting. The COURT has my address and would send me something if any of this were true. I wrote my local news station and am filing a complaint with the BBB. so sick of low life people! i hope they call me back. I will let them know a complaint has been filed against them!

First this lying scum bag called my mothers house with "his" accomplice, a female being rude and threatening my mother. She called very distraught and was worried about my safety. I called the number bac and was greeted by an( african american NOT BEING RACIST, I deal with allot of phone calls for my own bussiness and you can tell.) who was very rude and claimed to be a law office. He hung up on me and I called back 2 more times and he hung up again. This idiot holds no merit and will not give me his credentials or name. This guy needs to be incarcerated and shut down soon. Do your job and clean his clock...PLEASE!!!!!!   Oh yeah he claims to be a Law Office and he answers all the extensions..what a joke!!!

I got a call from the 210 number at my work number and the other individual on the line stated he was a special investigator Ketih Strong and I have a legal compliant aganist me BUT I have to call this number ASAP to get this resolve because he didn't have any informtion on hand but by calling this number I will find out more information??  I heard about these calls and google this number and sure enough this is a scam....disgusted with how these companies find our information?!!

I got a call from Central Asset Bureau left message from Mr Williams stating  that there was a restraining order against my husband. When I called they would only speak to him,he is an amputee and having a blocked artery cleared in the morning. This message upset me so much I will contact the better business bureau. The girl screamed at me when I called and said he could not come to the phone, he was hospitalized. I screamed back at her. The message stated he would be arrested within 24 to 48 hours if we didn't return the call.
What tactics they use to get people to call, almost put me in the hospital with a heart attack.

I receive several calls before the 8am hour from a Tracy Falin claiming she is from Central Asset Bureau, I advised her that it was before 8 am and she said so it is only 10 minutes before you are in the state of ******** right and advised her this was harassment and illegal to be calling me at this hour.  Oh did i mention that i had a call on my house phone and one on my cel prior to us actually talking. Tracy then started to yell at me and i told her to shut up and let me tell you from her language she was no professional so i hung up immediately.  She called right back and told me they were going to file a restraining order on me (thats fine with me) and send a subpoena to my work place and my home (so be it). she instructed to forward all my information to my attorney and contact Central Asset Bureau within 24 hours for case number F49**** at 210-892-1308......continue reading

***********Drake & Mckannon is a fraudulent collector  (888-734-6016)*******  PLEASE READ ******I received a text two days in a row stating " Mr./Mrs./Ms. my name, contact the Law Offices of Drake & Mckannon in reference to complaint number 1066### at 1-888-734-6016" .... so with the the second text (incoming text number 702-601-5915 & 702-724-6841) i contacted the said number in the text and i spoke to a man by the name of Anthony Goldstein from the firm of (Frank) & Mckannon (he didnt even get their name right at first) claiming i owed a debt of 926.84 plus interest and fees or they were going to file criminal case for fraud.  Now i advised this man that i was protected under the United States Bankruptcy Courts which was discharged in 2010.  He claimed i was not protected and they were going to file these charges against me...remembering weeks before i had received a call stating they were collectors from a company i did borrowed money from  which was listed in the bankruptcy.   so now i am receiving calls from these people before 8 am which is illegal yelling at me and threatening me with court action.      SO  I FILED A REPORT TO THE LOCAL POLICE &  FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION ( 877-382-4357) & with my STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL (you can get this number from the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION)..... I was advised to tell these people to put their request in writing and to file whatever court/police action that they deem necessary.  Please do not pay a penny to these people it is FRAUD no matter what their threat may be.

I  just received a voicemail from 312-265-5880 from a Veronica Smalls trying to contact a relative of mine. The voicemail stated that a suit had been filed and to call 210-892-1308. She left an affidavit number and said to contact an attorney in the next 24 to 48 hrs. She also mentioned a restraining order. I called the 210-892-1308, and the company's name was announced -- Central Asset Bureau. I have no idea what this call was about.
