These people want IDIOTS to give them their credit card number, NOT to lower your credit card rate, but so they can wipe out your balance in order to take the money and run.  

I never answer a call from outside my area code. Always a crook using VOIP internet calling and a bogus phone ID.

I received this call yesterday from "Angela" who when caught, will rot in prison for participating in a practice that is in violation of Federal and State laws...

One more call from this number.  Angela Brown at 1-888-442-0788 is trying to lower my interest rates to 1.5%!  how do they get away with these scams?    I don't answer the phone unless I know the number.

Yeah, I occasionally get the call.  It seems so much like a scam that I hung up right away.  Everyone should be very skeptical of anyone calling them on the phone offering them anything.  It's almost always a scam!

It appears this company is radically ramping up these calls in the past week.

Same story as everyone else:  Low APY credit card.  I reported them to the national "Do Not Call" registry.

I got this call today at work, exact same thing...talked to me last week...I called back and gave them a piece of my mind...she said, sorry, must have dialed the wrong number....

I got this call today. The "speaker" wasn't a female, but rather a male named - I think - Craig Johnson. I don't even have a credit card, STOP CALLING ME!

This is an attempt to commit fraud and theft, it has nothing to do enforcement of 'do not call lists.'  .Just got the same call on my cell but didn't pick up so "Angela" left a voice mail re credit cards, blah blah, didn't even waste time listening to the whole thing.  They are trying to get info/credit card numbers and other information etc. Never respond to these calls or similar emails with any information, just report them to authorities.

I got a call from this number.  They gave me the return phone number 18884420788...they say its debit relief.  Don't have debt...this a super scam

I got the call on my cell phone. I didn't catch the guy's name or where he was calling from, but it was a recording of a message about some kind of credit card offer. I know that I never signed up for a credit card. The recording gave the option of "Press 1 now to talk to me". Instead, I just hung up.

I knew right away not to call back becasue I never heard a company name just a promise to lower interest rate to 1.9 and this is her last time calling bac.

A women left a message on my cell phone claiming that we spoke last week (we did not) and she could lower my interest rate to 1.5%.

Just got a call on my cell phone and they hung up called the number back pressed #1 to be taken off of the call list

Report the crooks to the Federal Communications Commission.  Let them hunt down the dogs and send them to jail.

I just got a call from this number.  I didn't answer it, but surprisingly they left a message.  It was some guy saying that we talked last week about the interest rate on my credit cards and that he can help me with some new program.  For the record, I don't own any credit cards and I've never talked to anyone about it, so the call was obviously bogus.

You're nothing but a scam yourself!!! You harp on people that have no clue about this stuff... And when you say don't get defensive, you're the clown that calls me at 8:00 am and tells me about my credit..
