This is for gas line inspections req by law.  They are trying to set up an appointment for the gas company.

I also got a "Minnesota Call" from same number.  No messege left, and the call came to the house phone while I was at work.  both house and cell are on national AND state DNC lists, which seems to just be another way of putting your phone number out there!  I swear I get more unsolicited calls AFTER putting my numbers on those DNC lists!  A couple of month ago I was getting one from a Health Insurance location company (matches you up with an Insurere).  I finally traced the number back to a voice and data service who "legally could not disclose the name of the client using that number" and swore I would stop getting the calls.  Yeah Right!  It kept going on for the next 2 weeks until I threatened them with a letter to the FCC to report the constant harassment (calling cellphone 3-4 times daily!)  These people do not care because nothing ever happens to them for violating the list!

called today, only id'd as Link C, so if they are for the gas company to inspect meters they can quit calling me as my meter is in the front side yard and no special access is needed and not my problem its theirs if it's their meter. I will not set up any appointment for some unknown to come into my house and if I don't know who is knocking at my door i will not answer it. same with the phone and now i have blocked their number anyway.

I have had 3 CALLS in the last 3 days. I call the number and I get a recording. I posted ny complaint with the Federal trade commission. I am on the DNC list for Wisconsin and national.

I received a call from this number as well, and had a hunch it was a marketer. I called them back and left a message to have my number removed, (I too am on the DNC list). I DID NOT, however, leave my name as they had asked.

On a possibly related note, my identity theft protection alerted me that someone unauthorized tried to access my information today. I wonder if this is related?

I started to receive calls from this number a day after I gave my phone number at Toys-R-Us.  When you check-out they ask you for your phone number.  I just spontaneously gave the number without thinking about it.  However, afterwards I really questioned why they needed the number.  The next day I started receiving phone calls from this number.  It may just be a coincidence.  Did anyone else give their phone number at Toys-R-Us?

Got a call twice this week from the number. (218 740 2135). It says "Minnesota Call" on my caller I.D. but the area code is from Naperville Illinois. How do they do that? Anyway, I didn't pick up but when I googled it, one of the MANY places took me here so I guess I'm not the only one getting all these nuisance calls.

4 calls from this number in one day, 9/30/09 - 8:36, 8:37, 9:10 & 1:11. No message, but I could hear office noice in the background.

They keep calling me all day long.  I'm on the DNC list and don't understand how they got me number.

I have received three calls from this number 218-740-2135.  Company name is Customer Link a sales and marketing firm.  They give you the opportunity to remove your number from their call list but want quite a bit of personal information in order to do so.  Info that I believe they would use in a re-contact.  I am on the DNC list and have been for a number of years is my first encounter with this firm.  Calls received

I received a call from someone named Melanie Sievert who said she was a supervisor at their company and told me that I was not on the do not call list? They are called Customer Link and they telemarket and I heard her YELLING at some co worker in the background while she was talking to me. How do I call and file a complaint on a supervisor for THIS company? She was swearing at them.

I just got a call from this number and I am on the do not call registry!!

I have been receiving numerous calls from this number. I've been getting calls at least 2 times a day for the last 2 weeks but when I answer there is no one on the other end. I have also tried calling back to be removed from the list and it hasn't worked yet.

Called couple times on my cell phone, last time I answered and asked who's calling...He said Excel...and before he got any further in his spiel, I told him not to call anymore and take my name off the list.  They haven't called back since....:)

Justine....I always say it's "Private number"  and if they ask for my zip code...I say "I'm just visiting from the north/south".....

When this number called me the first time recently, they left no message. The second time (just now), the voice mail said it was from Public Radio, thanking me for my recent donation. I suspect they are just telemarketers paid by various groups to make calls. I just decline the call & don't answer it.

I got a call from the same number just today on my cel. I didn't answer it and they didn't leave a message. I have a different carrier but I guess they can still get the number some how.
