I am also a new T-Mobile customer. I missed the call and called back. Automated message says they are not trying to sell anything and are doing research but YOU CAN CALL 1 800 864 8601 TO BE ADDED TO THEIR DO NOT CALL LIST.

I am also a T-Mobile carrier.  I just contact the "do not call log" number.  I hope they do not contact me again.  It is a company trying to survey products.  I just recently purchased a new phone from T-Mobile.  Maybe this is why they are calling

I'm in California, just switched to T-Mobil, I never get calls from out of state so I didn't answer, they left no message, most likely a telemarketing company collecting date... I just wonder if T-Mobil is in it.

T-Mobile user from CA who just missed this call.  Looked funny so I googled it and here I am.  WTF, has T-Mobile user data been compromised?

It is definitely a T-Mobile thing..I have only had my T-Mobile phone for about a week, and have gotten calls from 240-699-8960!!!  Sure would like to know what we could do about this if anyone has any ideas!!  Thanks..........Angi

Received call from this # on my cell, no message left. Do NOT want calls from this #

I received four calls from this number during non-business hours.  A woman called on the two times that I answered the phone.  On the first call she said she was from T-Mobile and called to conduct a survey.  I asked her to call another time.  She called later that day during another time when I could not talk.  I received two more calls on Saturday, Oct. 3.  I did not answer those calls.

I just received this call today and I got 2 missed calls from it yesterday. Just 1 empty, sort of static voicemail was left. And YES this is from my New T-mobile phone I bought 3 days ago.... UGH

Just saw a missed call on my new T-mobile phone, thought it was strange since nobody even has this number yet. Found this page via Google. It makes sense now, if it is a company hired by t-mobile to to surveys. Hopefully they won't call me back every day.

I got a call from this number today and they said nothing like most of the comments here say.
But for all the TMobile customers I have Cricket so there isn't a connection to the cell phone companies giving out your phone numbers because you're a new customer with TMobile.

We just added a second line to our t-mobile service. They warned us we would be receiving a call within a week regarding our level of customer service received. Didn't pick up the call since I didn't recognize it as the expected call.

All that crap where they say, "We're in compliance with federal law" is nonsense.  They just say that in the hopes that you'll assume they're telling the truth and won't file a complaint.  I mean, once they're running a phone scam, what's one more lie?

5:28 p.m. on 11/9/09 received call from this number, came up unkown number.

Just became eligible for a discount for my t-mobile family plan through my new employer and was forwarned on monday that I would be receiving a follow-up call in regards to customer service. Now it all makes sense!

Yep, T-Mobile customer here with a new phone, and a whole lot of complaints to customer service! How am I supposed to know who they're asking about? Mine was a missed call, no message. Owell, no feedback for them!

I just received a call from this number and the callre just hang up.

I have been recieving calls from those numbers to. in face one yesterday and another one today. this number has been calling alot but i never answer and they never leave a message. i wounder if its a t mobile connection??? if so not cool....
