Meritz is a Market research company paid by t-mobile. They are not trying to sell anything most likely just want feedback because of a phone you purchased or whatever t-mobile wants customer feedback on.

I have T-mobile. I received a call from this number, I did not answer nor did they leave a message.

Total scam don't answer or call back

I got phone call from this number. I did not pick up the phone. There is no message.
I just wonder who was calling.

This is a firm contracted by T-Mobile to follow up on a recent transaction too see how it went and to get feedback.

Basically a welcome call, see what went right or wrong, and give that info back to T-Mobile so they can improve.  I went thru this same process with Verizon a while back.

I just received phone from this number and he said is from T-Mobile.

240-699-8960 it is from T-Mobile i just called to 611 & find out.So she wants customer feedback on,but she is just  NOT so Professional.......

I do not know who this number belongs to, but somehow they have gotten my cell phone number which is an OKC pre-fix! I am tired of people I do not know getting my phone number just to call and be unresponsive or to take up my minutes just to try and sell me something! If I want something.... I will go and either look for it myself or inquire about it!

Renewed with T-Mobile Saturday, call from 240-699-8960 on Tuesday.  Didn't answer their call and they left no message.

I just got on Tmobile as well and got this call LATE at night. RG

A marketing firm which states they operate with high ethics!!! I think not!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE LEACHES WHO WILL NOT STOP CONTACTING ME!!! If I could find where their office was, I'd go in there and scream at every last person I could find. I would probably be arrested for trespassing but would be happy to pay the fine just to feel satisfaction.

I also have a T-mobile phone and just got a new phone 4 days ago.  There was no message left.  I am wondering if it is T-mobile customer service?

This is a product/consumer research number.  (I am also a T Mobile customer) They said call 1-800-864-8601 to remove your number.

googled this phone number and I saw all these messages, must be from T-mobile because I just changed phones. BTW I hate my new phone. Samsung Behold 2. If they would ACTUALLY leave a message I might call them back and tell them

Just got a call from this number, didn't answer and no message was left, I just changed phone on my T-mobile account, I'm sure it has to do with them.

Just bought a new MyTouch 4G cell phone from T-Mobile and received the call at 5:10 PM.  Must be connected with T-Mobile somehow, I did not answer, they did not leae me a message.

I have T-Mobile and just got a new phone.  I think the calls from this number are related to any recent service T-Mobile subscribers have had so if you get a new phone or have something changed on your account that requires you to interact with T-Mobile staff, then you might get a call from this number.  It's a market research company conducting a survey on behalf of T-Mobile.  The T-Mobile clerk mentioned that someone conducting a survey might call me within a day or two.  I didn't start getting calls from this number until two days after I picked up my new phone, so I'm pretty sure that is the reason for the call (I haven't actually answered the incoming calls yet).
