I just received a call...no comment...i am new to t-mobile! and i hate it!

I am with t-mobile too and just got a missed call from this number! Weird!

Too funny. I just got T-mobile and within a week I received a call from 240-699-8960. The lady was too busy talking to someone else in the office to even realize that I had picked up the phone. She then hung up. Good one T-mobile.

I just received a call from this number.  They are a marketing research company for T-mobile taking a survey on customer service.

i also had calls from this number 2406998960 on my t-mobile cell  and i have 2 lines and my wife phone has been bombarded with telemarketer calls since i switched to them last friday .....i believe they do sell your information cause i never once had a problem like this with any other carrier

just got a call from this number. called back and it was busy. definitely some kind of tmobile nonsense.

I' with T-Mobile also... Just got a new phone two days ago.

Just got a call from this number on my cell phone. Googled it and saw I'm not the only one. Simply adding my name to the list.

I have received the same call about four days after obtaining T-Mobile service.

they called me then didn't say anything!

wtf? SO weird that this is happening to soo many people. Called # back and it is busy...

said nothing hung up when answered, called back said something about a marriage hotline and that they are not a telamarketer

Just add to your phones block list and the problem will go away. With all cellular services, there are these sales calls that seem to find a loop hole in "do not call" lists.

Many bank on you calling back. This is because some of them can charge you per minute. These dirtbags get away with it because they're off shores, and not based in the U.S.

I just got my new phone from T-mobile and for the past 2days I have received phone calls from 240-699-8960, didn't pick it cuz I'm not a dumass ..but it's werid that everybody that received this call are all t-mobile people who got a new phone maby they do sell numbers

When I returned the call, the message said that they are conducting a survey about marriages on behalf of their clients. They say they are not a telemarketing company and are not subject to do not call regulations.

Been recieving calls from this number for a while...never leave mssage.  I'm with tmobile for 2 yrs and this has been goin on for several months

Wow you people are paranoid. This call is from a company to give you the survey you agreed to take when you signed up for T-Mobile.  Nothing nefarious there.

800-864-8601 -yes this number is customer service follow up number - call the 1800 and have you phone number removed from their call list! (unless you like surveys)!

Just got a call from this number...no message left.
