Answer the call but no response.  Keeps calling

I am still getting calls from this number.  I keep on telling me to stop calling.

Call from a foreign sounding guy trying to hustle solar panels.  

This # called pretending to be selling Solar Heat on THANKSGIVING DAY ....  YEAH right...

this no just ran up  seems its the second time-normally do not pick up  this time I did   could hear voices in background then a hang up-assume its another scam artist at work-just blocked the no#

Frequent calls from this number

My caller ID reads 2-345-6789 underneath it says 123456789.  When I answer the phone, no one says anything.  Within a minute, I hear a click on their end.  Can't block the number on my phone provider website because it is not a 10 digit number.  I am on the do not call registry list besides.  Any thoughts or ideas?

I called the number and discovered that 234-5678 belongs to Ridge Coin.  I called them and they said I was the 2nd person to call them to complain.  They are not making the calls and the calls are not coming from their phone.  They checked the feeds.  I also called 345-6789 and that number belongs to an Insurance Agency.  The person I spoke with was rather rude but did say no one from their office would make these types of calls.  My guess is that someone figured out how to make prank calls and make it look like they are calling from another number.  I reported it to the Do Not Call Registry.  Not sure what else I can do.  It is annoying.

Scam... wanting to do a new mortgage on a house I sold 6 months ago!!!

The call is coming from Congo. I get these calls frequently. If you answer the call just ask the person if they are calling from the Congo and he or she will immediately hang up.

They claim to represent a company they call Solar Panel USA.

The 243 area code should be your clue as to where they are calling from.

I receied a call from 243.345.6798.  Did not answer

phone call from 2-345-6789 @ 1100pm Feb 24 2014 in South Central Wisconsin.  Male caller.  India accent.  Knew my name.  Was angry that I didn't pick up the phone.

I got 2 calls from this same number yesterday.  I've already heard of this scam so I just told the guy "I don't have any computers"! And then I hung up. I'm thinking this is a good way if getting rid of this type of thief!

This number came up 3 times before 10: am and again in the afternoon. It's driving my dad nuts!!!!
Does anyone know how to make it stop?  This is harassment.

I got 5 calls today and yesterday. I finally picked up at 8:30 pm and said "F--- Off! Let's see if they call again.

We have been getting these calls for several months now - got three (!) yesterday. The phone company cannot help except to report the incidents. Does anyone know anything about these callers? I am simply not answering the phone for these calls, and after about 6 rings, they give up. Does anyone have a better strategy?  Thanks.
