Hey, I'm a victim of getting these harassing phone calls.  I just got a new employer-sponsored cell phone issued to me, and within 15 minutes of activating the phone, I got a call from this number ... and then have received 3 more calls since then ... this phone was only activated two days ago.

I just started getting these calls.Within 2 hours 16 calls.I finally called the # back when I told them I dont own a Kohl's card. They told me yes we have
your name in the system.It was my parents account and they some how got my cell # down as my parents home #.I told the bi$*@ my parents dont have this #.
The best part why'll on the phone with Kohl's they were calling me again.
The word lawer and Harassing.WOW they became so nice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Same complaint as above! I get calls from this number several times a day, they never leave message.

This is a scam.  When you call back the number it asks you to give your account# or your SS#.  Of course I didn't give them any information.  Since I don't have a Kohl's account I went online and found their actual customer service # - (800)564-5740.  I told them about this call and gave them the number.  They said it is not associated with Kohl's at all.  It's just some losers trying to steal your information.  Call the 800 number  for Kohl's if you want to hear it from them.  You can go to their official website to get all the info you need.

I am with Marc on this.  I do not think it is Kohl's.  I was two messages by this number yesterday.  I was a minute and six seconds long of a (what sounded like) a person chewing - something crunchy like chips or pretzels.  The second voicemail was a few hours later and it was just someone saying "oh" (the voicemail might have been three seconds long).  With Kohl's long history, I do not believe they would let their representative act like this on the phone.  I would not give any information to these people.

zer... i totally know what you mean... it's crazy when you tell a company that you don't have a job and can barely make the payments on your phone every month and then they continue to harrass you... it took me 5 months to find a job and i have now been able to pay my bill but to be honest i want to pay the dang thing off and then never use it again.... so whatever there plan is in harrassing me, i think it's backfiring for them in the long run...

Rccived this call about fifty times every day always hung -up this time they left a numbrer to call the # was 18888413555 when I call this number it was a sex line so don't bother to call it Kohl's should make this problem go away.. This is starting to get old real quick....

we've recently moved to a new state, and have received 4 calls today, no message.  Never had a Kohl's card, can't recall shopping there in the past 10 years...not in AZ, NC, nor CO.

Call after call after call with hang ups.  We don't have caller ID so I *69-ed and got this number.

I get about 25 calls from this number every day! I do have a Kohls charge account but am not behind on any payment! In fact i always pay more then my min. amount due and always pay it early! So why are they calling me? i have answered a few times but no one ever talks to me i can hear them breathing then they hang up!!!!!!!

I went ahead and called 262/703-1893 and reached the office for Wes McDonald, Chief Financial Officer of Kohls. I told them I had a problem with their collection practices and wanted to ask them to please remove my name from the call list because I am not who they are looking for. In addition, I asked that they improve the phone system so you can get off the list if they are calling in error.

Also, I was transferred to a call center operations supervisor that insured that my name got off the list: 262/704/9185

Never had a Kohl's card in my life and have never applied for one. WTF?

Didn't answer the phone as it's a number I don't recognize. They've called twice; don't leave a message.

I have been getting these calls for at least 3 weeks.  I don't know the number so I wont answer.  Today finally answered and its for someone I don't know.  I have had this cell number for at least 8 years, I finally set up a reject list on my phone, so now it wont even ring through.

They call me too, I thought it was a plant.

262 703 1977 calls my work phone at least daily.  Hello, I am not the person you are looking for.  I don't have any credit cards.  I pay cash.  If I don't have the money I DON'T BUY IT.  Maybe Kohls should verify addresses and phone numbers before they hand out credit cards.

The calls have been coming a million times a day. Finally, last night I started calling the number back a million times and hanging up on them after they answered and boy, did it make them MAD! They used the "F" word and everything telling me to stop calling them. I kept it up until bedtime and finally yelled back at them, "NOW YOU KNOW HOW IT FEELS [***]. IT"S A PAIN IN THE NECK TO HAVE SOMEONE CALL YOU ALL THE TIME ISN"T IT?" and then I slammed the phone down.

Today they called all day again, so a few minutes ago I pushed "Display Dial" like I did all last night to call them. However, this time I listened to what the young lady had to say and I feel really bad if what she said is true.

She said she was just sitting there watching tv with her 5-year-old son and that she has nothing to do with those repeated calls to my house. She said she lives in Ohio.

I said,"If you live in ohio, then why does wisconsin keep coming up on my caller ID?!" She yelled," I don't know why it happens. You have to dial a "1" first to get them in wisconsin. If you don't dial a "1" you get me in Ohio."

She said she gets nasty calls from angry people all the time and is SICK Of IT. I think I am going to see if there is a way to block that number from my phone, and am going to go to my kohls acct and change my phone number like the person suggested in an earlier post.
