Alright friends, top this!  I have been receiving calls from this mysterious number, one per day times six days, excluding Sunday.  

It is Kohls.  I have an account that I opened at Christmas.  I have not been late.  I have a $9.02 balance due b y June 5th.  wow.

Should I cancel my account?

I called them back and explained to them that my wife and I do not have a Kohl's account.  The woman on the other end of the line asked for the phone number in question:  I gave it to her and she said they had it as belonging to someone with a different last name than ours.  I told her my wife had goten a new cell phone number a few months ago, and this must have been the person who had the number before her. She said she would take our number off the call list.

Sounds like the best idea so far.

Yeah, you miss one payment and they act like they are gonna go broke.  I'm paying em off and going to Penney's.

Amazing I looked on this sight, It is Kohls calling. Yes, I am extremely late paying and will pay soon as I can. Have had 2 pay cuts in 3 years. Have no money in account now. I will pay sometjing as soon as I can;

Some of you people are ridiculous.  If you don't want them to call, don't take out credit you can't pay back...live within your means!  In my case , they're calling because of my ex, don't know why or how they have my number.

Oh, thanks for the suggestion. I just did this. Those pests. I'm going to cancel my Kohl's charge today. What a great suggestion though!

They pestered me for a late fee of 5 dollars. One one late payment in full for less than 100 dollars. Not everyone who gets spammed is a stiff.

I would cancel, as I am going to do today. They bothered me for a late fee of $5 on a one-day-late payment-in-full for less than $100. This is the same Kohl's that in our crime ridden town will allow shoplifters to walk out loaded with merchandise because they're too afraid to confront the thieves. But for $5 they'll harass me...guess because I won't sue them for wrongful arrest or whatever. Bye-bye Kohl's.

I called kohls and they had no record of the number.

got an automated call "because of security please enter last 4 numbers of social security number" OR hold to talk to customer rep.  I held and was told all the reps were busy and to continue holding.  I hung up, checked my account online - it's not overdue or anything.  I do not know what these people's problem is.

Wanted to know when I was going to pay a bill that was already paid.  I will not longer be a Kohls customer.

Wow, forgot to schedule my payment for the 1st time EVER and got a phone call because it was 2 days late!!  I'm sorry, didn't realize my $25 payment was that important to you!

Claimed it was Kohls.  Pressed 1 to confirm my name and then when it asked for the last 4 digits of my account I hung up.  Just called Kohls corporate headquarters and that is not one of their phone numbers at all.

its kohls credit company but the annoying part is they start calling 1 day after the due date... REALLY!!

i hate these unknown phone calls especially at 8am. no message is left either
