Well, same story here, although, this time I got a name of the markwting company...

I called their 800#, referenced them to this site and expressed my frustration. Now, if this company is not aware of these individuals, then I left them my contact information, referenced this websitre and the phone number on my called ID.

My recommendation to the marketing firm, a) get your legal department engaged and go after these indivduals using their marketing firms name. b) terminate the contract with this 3rd party for unethical practices, or c) explain yourself because your information is being posted here....

got a call just yesterday from this number on BUSINESS phone asking for me by name in reference to a VISA card which I do not have...immediately called my bank & BBB who both said SCAM.
They said they've seen a spike in these calls over the past several weeks, and obviously, not to give out ANY info to these creeps.  HOW do these scammers get one's name & work phone to place these calls?

I have already fallen for this scam from a different company.  I have gotten these vouchers and sent them in like the vouchers said and didn't recieved anything in the mail.  The vouchers are fake and don't work.  This scam is just another angle that the con artist have figured out.  Don't fall for it. I have already have.

this is the second day now that i have received calls from people like this. They call two or three times a day. don't leave messages, and quite frankly are beyond annoying. what a waste of my day dealing with jokers like this.

I have been getting bothered with these people also. They are located in Bellevue, MI., with that same phone number. Lucky for me they had my OLD credit card number and wrong town for me also. The last thing I ordered on my OLD credit card was from, "Knightstick" electronic cigarettes. I cancilled that order the very next day after reading the fine print, and got a NEW credit card with a new number, so I feel that it has something to do with a purchase, or cancillation of a product like "Knightsticks".
 Yes it is a bad scam and I would advise ALL of you to get a NEW credit card and number ASAP!!! If they have your current last 4 numbers, you may be in trouble. Also, check with your credit card company for any funny business.

A women keep calling my wife from this # talking about some MasterCard won't ansewer any more

They have called me at least 6 times in the past 2 days. I picked up once and they hung up so I searched for it on google and found this website. Good to know I wasn't the only one!

They call me up to six times a day... no voicemail left... they call my cell which I am curious how they got it??

They called me four times today and said that I had an order. I haven't ordered anything, which I am aware, recently. I just joined the National Do Not Call Registry. I hope that helps.

Adding to my previous post from last night, I got 3 more calls today, ignored them all, and received an Unknown Number call. I picked up and it verified my name and I asked who it was they said they were with a Marketing company and that I had recently purchased something with my Visa/Mastercard and I hung up on them after that because I knew it was these annoying people. I joined the National Do Not Call Registry last night and I am fed up with these calls. How can we put a stop to them if the government isn't stopping it after so many people complained about it???

It was a woman from 'Vista Services'. She already knew my name and the last 4 digits from my VISA card. She started a schpeel about how I will receive a letter in the mail soon for $120 in gas rebates, and used wording that sounded like I will have automatic charges to my card no matter what. I hung up while she was still talking. No matter what they say, they can't automatically charge you card without your permission.

3 weeks ago I ordered something online from RockAuto.com on that same VISA card and had to give them my phone #.

I continued getting calls and now a NEW number is calling me leaving messages for a guy named Robert and his credit??? (646)597-8013. They left a voicemail and called back again. I blocked both numbers from my cell phone. I also emailed Vista Marketing with a very angry message. I AM SO SICK OF THIS.

Been getting calls from this number for a few days now. A few a day. I do not answer numbers I do not know. It was either magicjack or e-cigs that gave it out for me. Isn't there a do not call list you can get on?

PS....After I told the girl that I knew where they were, and that she gave me my OLD CC. number last 4 digits, and that she only had my name correct. She got quite nervious...So then I became sort of nasty and asked," How did you get my number"?? She hung up before I finished the last sentence-lol. I have NOT been bothered since!!  The address she had for me and the last 4 of my credit card were all wrong. I got a new card right after I cancilled an order from Knight Stick elec. cigaretts because I knew I made a mistake. So I feel it is from that Knight Stick company, AKA- "Supreme Brands". This was the last company I used that old card on in Jan., 2010.
 Rock Auto is NOT the peoblem here...I am a mechanic and have ordered through them many many times WITH my new credit card. So it is NOT them Peeved!! They are good.
