Called ad 11:50 PM on a Sunday night

Just got a call from this number. Tried calling it back several times and it gives me a strange busy signal. Have no clue who this is!!

Call from this number received with no voice message.  Did not answer as I do not know the phone number.

We started getting calls from this number the day before yesterday and they kept coming about every hour from 7am until 10 pm. I tried letting the answering machine answer and they didn't leave a message. I tried answering it and no one was there.  I tried calling the number back(not recommended) and it didn't even ring. I tried shutting off the answering machine and letting it ring. After aabout 4 rings it stopped. I called my phone company (First Communications) and they said they could not block any calls to my numnber or give me any names connected with the number. Out of desperation yesterday at 4pm I picked up the phone when they called and just started hitting the # key over and over for about 30 seconds...maybe that's not what did it, but it's been 24 hours and we haven't had any more calls.

Same thing as everyone else.  No body there when I pick up.  Caller ID gives the number and location, Playa Del Rey, California

Just got a call from this number and its 9:30pm central time. I had 2 kids in bed and they were woke up by the phone ringing!!!

4 times a day no answer called them back said they were unavailable i called verizon explained the situation they said they would put a 90 day block on this number and look into it

Just got a phone call from this number. Same old story... Nobody at the other end.

I received a call from this number in California (I looked it up online - reverse lookup - and it told me that it was a verizon cell #)and was freaking out that it might be an emergency from my son in Cali [310-429-5382].  I did not call it back thinking that it was probably a mistaken call somehow.  I followed up by asking my son if he was alright.

I keep geeting calls from the same number with no answer and no way to return teh call. i called verizon and they are going to block the call for 90 days.

We've also received calls from this number. I contacted Verizon by using that number and they told me the number was blocked from use, but I'm still getting calls. I called my local phone company and they told me that they cannot block a cell phone at all. They also told me that there are instuctions online on how to change a caller ID so it may not be coming from CA and it may not be actually coming from that number. I did file a verbal and written complaint with the FTC.gov and also a written complaint with the California State Attorney General.

This person has been harassing folks for over a year and no one can do anything? That makes no sense.

Yeah, we have been getting calls for the last two days, six times so far.

just got a call on my cell from this number - no one answered

Got a call this morning, no answer, hung up within 5 seconds.  I have not called it back.  God I hope this does not persist!

Just save the number like I did. Name the caller "Do Not Answer"! When it comes up on display, just silence it and move on.

Same thing, over 20 calls in the last 2 days. I am SO glad that I googled the phone # and can see that it is some scam and not an emergency

i answered and they hung up.
makes me suspicious because i overheard someone
laughing in the background.
like someone was listening to my conversation.
which wasn't too long after i had food poisoning...
and it kinda messed up my head...
which i guess affected everything around me
and it still does till this day, just more so now (6 years) 2003-2009
can really talk about it cause it seems and sounds crazy as hell

Keep getting calls all day today from this number. WTF!!! This seems kind of weird. Tried calling it back and it says it is a verizon number and says it has been changed, disconnected or no longer in service.
