Be Warned - This is a Scammer who has been running this since at least 2007.  He will do phony debt collection scams as well as Advanced Fee scams. Please, do not get mixed up with this crook.

I'm in my 20's, never owned a house or anything like that so it couldn't have anything to do with foreclosures and if it's an "inheritance" why would I be being contacted and not my parents or there parents? The positive posts all share the same grammar and punctuation. And when someone pointed out that all the positive reviews were short and vague, WOW can you believe how long and "detailed" they became yet somehow still all sounded ridiculously similar. Also if you Google maps the address it's like a condo in a residential area. I went on my state website and searched for unclaimed property and just as I expected, nothing. Don't waste your time. They told my relative that I was owed $1,000,000 HA! Oh and this company is definitely not part of the BBB.

Being part of the BBB is not an honor.  They collect money from businesses so that they can give them a good rating.  In order to keep that rating all they have to do is reply to the complaints.  Not resolve them but simply reply and they are giving a "good faith" response.

I received the same call as reported in 2007.  Charles Demes called our office looking for information on a deceased employee; beneficiaries, relatives and friends at work. I called the number back 312-587-0428 and received a vm stating he was not in the office.  Total scam from a very sick individual

Called my sister in law.  Told her looking for my oldest brother (passed away in 2020).  Said Ma left him 139,000 (Ma passed away in 2010).  My SIL's husband (my brother) passed away in 2014.  That leaves me two older brothers and myself.  Called attorney to ask him about this.  First, there is no such thing as a bloodline in legal terms.   It is called line of succession.  When oldest brother died, line of succession is as follows:  spouse (never married), kids (no kids), parents (both have passed), siblings (3 surviving), then nieces/nephews.  Then it ends (unless of course there is a will). She was told that her husband's share would go to her kids.  Doesn't work that way.  None of us would be hard to find if you googled Ma's obit.  We all live in the same place.  Why she would get the call and not my 2 brothers or myself is beyond me.
