Calls me at least twice a day...nothing

Caller called twice today about 4 hours apart without leaving a message. Do not call again. We are on the national donot call list already.

Apparently a Sears follow up satisfaction survey call.
A Sears technician came to do some repair work on our washing machine this week.

Had purchased a mattress from Sears two weeks ago. Also received two calls from this number with no voice message (just dead-air in the recording). This website is great, now I know the source of the calls.

had a sears service in my house monday. got a call on thursday.

I think most of you are correct.  It is Sears.  I recently had my dishwasher worked on and started receiving these calls.  Any number I don't recognize on my cell I don't answer. Period.  If someone wants to talk to me then they will leave a voicemail.

This is a neat site.  I too received a phone call from this number, didn't recognize, so I didn't answer it.  They didn't leave a message...Man I hate that!  I had two Sears service guys at my house the other day too...must be the telelphone followup.

got a call just now but no answer and i got an elliptical from sears delivered 2 days ago. hmm coincidence?? i think not. its definately sears!

312-640-2552 missed call today.  I believe it's from Sears.  Had a large appliance installed day before yesterday and the installer asked me to give him a good rating when they call... but I missed it.

Ok it's Sears! So? They're trying to measure customer service. Glad they care. In my case, my cell only # I gave so they called it. I didn't answer, have not received more calls. Benign.

I also had 2 guys from Sears 3 days ago - They said I'd receive a call regarding their service, but when I answered - no one was there.  They called again and I didn't answer - left no message.

I received several calls from this number no message was left, however,I received a call today, the call is from a survey company, If you have had a
techincian to come to your resident for a repair of appliances, this is probably why you received the call.
This is just a follow-up survey as to how satisfied you were with the technician, and the service performed.
I did not purchase or have anything repaired from sears, however, I purchase a washer and dryer from hhgregg and had a technician to come out.  I think a follow-up survey is good and I have no problems in regards to this number however, they should leave a voice message (its annoying when you do not know who's calling) and probably would not received as many complaints.

i had sears come for a repair this week. Benn receiving calls the past two days several times a day as well...it's sears for sure

Yup, you can add another one to this laundry list. I will have to agree with above. I just had a washing machine repair guy from the extended warranty company come out. A@E Factory Service Repair was the company name. I bought mine at Home Depot so the repair department is probably the ones calling.

I think they need training on how to handle Answering Machines.  It'd be nice if they at least left a message saying they called and in reference to the install.

This was a Sears follow-up call.  I had my washer fixed; they called from this number to see if I was satisfied.

I got two calls today, no message from this number.  I did have A&E repair my Whirlpool washer yesterday.  I think this is a customer service survey.

Got a call yesterday. No one on the line- I hung up. The number has since called me 3 times and does not leave a message. I bought a fridge, wine cooler and a dish washer from Sears. They were delivered 2 days ago.
