got a call twice from this number, both off business hours.  if its sears, that would make sense, i just bought a disposal  a few days ago and had it installed.

A recorded message that I could barely hear or understand except "on Feb. 20th". Which is the day Sears repair was here. From the other messages here it seems it was from Sears checking up on if I was happy with their service call. I was.

Called today, no message, I think that is a survey company, be careful

I was not sure who was calling since we are on the DNC. However, we just bought a chest freezer from Sears and the phone calls started shortly after that.

This number keeps calling and leaves a strange voive message with a recording of the wrong date and time.  It really needs to stop this is so annoying!

Oh, that explain it we just had our washing machine serviced by Sears so it must be some kind of survey about the service...thanks!

Had a repair from Sears yesterday...then received a call the next day from this number, but didn't leave message

I also recently had repairs completed by Sears. But I've already completed customer satisfaction surveys. This number has called me over and over in the last week. No messages left. Grrr.

I got two calls from this number tonight and left no messages. I bought two appliances from Sears this week so I suppose that what the calls are for.

This is Sears calling to check on customer satisfaction after fixing washing machine.

I used A&E Factory Service last week for my washing machine.  The service call was set up through Maytag.  From notes above I bet it is them calling to check on satisfaction.

Received a call from 312-640-2552 - left no message.  I also purchased a large appliance from Sears recently.

I got the phone call too.  However, the guy that answered had a thick middle eastern accent and said something about fatwa or jihad....

I purchased a washer/dryer from Sears a few years ago.They came to do the annual routine maintenace last week and I guess they called to follow up today. Thanks for the posts. I would not have known who the missed call was from without them.
