I got a call on my cell from this number.  I also used A&E to repair my stove this week.  I assume it is a follow up survey,etc.

Why the devil doesn't Sears just let the Caller ID list the call as coming from Sears?  If it did I would answer.  I am not going to answer a call from some unknown Telesight, Inc. ever!

Bought a Range/Stove from Sears (Kenmore) on Nov. 14, 2009 - we thought the stove had broke on Jan. 30, 2010 - Sears came out 3 days later; brought a new Range/Stove, and replaced the cable. New unit didn't work - however we think it's our 220 plug. On Sun. Jan 31, 2010 - Sears delivery informed us we would get a call to rate their service; to please give them a 5. Number has called 3 times today; didn't answer first 2 calls - answered 3rd; it just hung up on me. Figure it's a survey since everyone else here bought an appliance; and has gotten calls. Flawed system for hanging up when answered, and not leaving a message.

3126402552 called me on 02/04/2010 at 4:42 p.m. but I missed it and they did not leave me a message. Then they called again at 8:42 p.m. I answered it this time and it was an automated survey from Sears. I had a stove delivered 3 days prior. It's only a 7 question survey that takes about 1 - 2 minutes. It ask you to rate from 1 - 5 about the service you received at Sears.

The phone number in question 312 640-2552 is a market research firm called Telesight Inc. from Chicago.  Customer satisfaction, etc.  Thank goodness for caller ID.  When I see their name I do not pick up the receiver.

i bought a washing machine from Sears and instantly started getting these calls also, but no messages. I was told by the delivery man that I may rec'v a call asking about "how he'd done." so it's probably that. But they should leave a mssg.

I also received a call from this number, but when I answered noone responded.  It would make perfectly reasonable assumption that this was from Sears because I recently purchased and had delivered an appliance from them.

Just got a from same #, TELESIGHT, I just purchased Garage door opener from sears. If you want to go to there website it is telesight.com it is a consumer survey for Sears and other companies.

We had our dishwasher serviced in the last week and I was wondering why I kept getting called by this number.  Now I know it was a result from our recent appliance repair.  The stupid thing about this company is that they are probably doing the survey for the appliance manufacturer, and because they never identify themselves on the caller ID (like Appliance Repairs, or something), no one ever picks up the call.  If they did, I wouldn't be so quick to hang up on them because I would have identified them and gladly helped them with a quick survey.  Their loss for being ignorant of human processes.

I also just purchased an appliance form Sears. All was done as was expexted on time and without incident. Now I'm receiving calls from 312.640.2552. No message is left to return call
