Called several times but when you answer, they hang up

It's a Sears automated survey following up on purchases and/or service

I got several calls from this number but I never answer now after I review this comments I realized it is from Sears

Got the same call today (Monday) and just had Sears install a washer/dryer Saturday.  No message, but I assume its related.

received a call from here but didn't pick up. after reading the other reports, i realized it must have been sears since they delivered me a new fridge last weekend and the deliveryman said they would be calling.

I found this site by doing a search on this phone #.  I transfer my home # to my cell # when I leave for work, and lo and behold, just as I drove off (cell phone in pants pocket) at about 2:20 this afternoon, the dizzy thing starts ringing.  Well, by the time I stop the car, undo the seat belt, rummage around in my pocket & get the phone...yep...it quit ringing.  This # was on the caller ID, but no message was left.  But when I saw the Chicago area code, Sears DID come to my mind, as I had purchased an ice box on Sunday and had it delivered Tuesday.  And the delivery man DID say that in a few days I would be getting a follow-up call from Sears regarding the delivery.

When I got here to work, I did a search on anywho.com-nothing.  So I googeled the # and got this website...yep...I'll bet the farm it was Sears.  And one poster said it was one of those robo-calls where you push 1 to 5 for your opinion of the delivery, so they don't leave a message.  And with it coming on my cell phone, cell phones don't always show a caller name (unless they're in your Address Book) as opposed to a land line with Caller ID

This is a survey company associated with many companies that use their service for post service call and other such surveys to gauge their customer opinions.

Personally I just politely tell them I don't wish to be surveryed or contacted again.

I sent my lawnmower to Sears for repair, has been ready for a week and have not picked it up yet. I answered but nobody was on the phone.

I did not take the call

just had a new washing machine installed.

This number called me twice at 2 pm and 6 pm. I just bought a product from Sears. So this makes sense reading the other posts that it might be or is from Sears.

I got 3 calls so far today, no messages left, I have not bought anything from sears but I did just purchase a refrigerator from home depot and it was delivered yesterday by GE.

It's a post-service (or installation) customer service spam call from a 3rd party used by Sears.

I have had to calls in the last few days from this number.  I pick up & answer & no one says anything.

I have now entered added it to my phone number in my phone with a note of "Do Not Answer" & that phone number so I will now it is the same person calling me & will not pick it up from now on.

Very annoying.

Yes, it's Sears regarding service on large appliance delivery.

I received two call from this number today too.  One durning my lunch huor and one about four PM.

I got a phone call early in the morning and they didn't leave me a message. Then they called around 6pm and didn't leave me a message again. I tried calling the # back and it never answers.

Called twice in the same day, no message, within 2 hours.

Got a call from this number to my Google Voice account. Bad news is I don't own any appliances (renter), I don't shop at Sears (none around me for about 100 miles), and have not had anything serviced for as long as I have lived here (2 years). But by the sounds of it, it is Sears, must have called me by mistake. I was not able to answer and no message was left.
