Lied on why they was calling. Guess Who - Debt collector that misrepresent themselves, and does NOT leaving a Message which is against the LAW

Boy they have been calling me and not leaving a message. What law is that? Maybe I can file charges but I need to know what law says they have to leave a message? I hope you can help me out.

Received a call from this number stating that it was collections and needed all my information before she could tell me who sent me to collections.  No debt to my name.

The caller ID showed up as "Account Services". How they do this I have no idea.  All they are is a debt collector run out of a lawyer's office. They do not leave a message. Anyone that knows me knows that I do not answer any unknown calls from unknown numbers. If they think that putting up Account Services is going to change that they are greatly mistaken

How do you know that it is a debt collector run out of a lawyer's office?

Block them I got this phone number 3 years ago and they keep calling I told them over and over its not me. They then sent me a text saying that I have a knowledge I owe the debt and that I need to call them right away. I text them back not my debit. Then I called them and today they called me again. They are creeps
