Well i live in New York and i went too yahoo and searched area code 315 and it said it was from a city im really know well. Unfortuntly for them i work for the State Police Department. They will have alittle suprise on Friday. I had my CO trace the call. i know where and what place it is. So don't worry

They have called 4 times today, thats 3 times too many. I have reported it to my local police department and they are going to start investigating. I hope the police get to the bottom of this and prosicute the perpatrator.

My local police department has told me "there is nothing they can do on the local level, but what you can do is call your phone service provider and explaine the situation to them and you can get that number blocked" Needless to say they were not any help! BIG SURPRIZE...

I called about a product to a company when the sales clerk started to give me his schpeal about the price of the product I told him I was not interested.  Unfortunately I threw the informationn away.  Ever since then we started to receive this harassing calls every day start between 8 am till 8 at night time and is driving my wife crazy.   We put a call forward fron our phone but it still rings one time.

I've just started receiving calls from this nu.ber (3152074761). I was hoping it was for a job, but I never had a chance to answer. This third time it didn't even ring on my end but managed to register  call. I don't even know how they got my number. I just hope they don't call at ungodly hours of the night. I might have to slaughter someone.

Constant calls,no one on the line

I received a call from this number as well. All they asked for was my birthdate, and the lady kept asking me about some stuff for college. She kept saying they had some information about scholarships and stuff then I interrupted and said that I  already have a college I am going to. I wish someone would stop these calls. I even searched the number on the BBB website and they said the number did not exist. I was shocked because the number called my house not less than 10 minutes ago.

I receive this call 17 times daily at a minimum.
The caller lets the phone ring once and hangs up.
I am filing a police report.

I have been researching into this number.
Tom Shank appears to be the name (or alias) of the person who runs universityfinders.org, from which this number originates.

Same thing, being calling my house a lot.  Finally answered it, they asked for me, asked how I was doing and then the call dropped.  Really wierd

I have received two calls from 315-207-4761 yesterday looking to talk to me.  I did not give out my name but I did try to get information out of them. They said that they were calling about college information that I had sent for.  I would like to know how they connected me with the home phone number when the number is in my boyfriend's name.  As for the "do not call lists" they do not work.  I have filled out numerous complaints and yet we still get the calls.  We have even talked about getting rid of the phone and going to cell phones just to avoid these calls.

3152074761 called and said they were from University Finder. They asked if I was looking for college information. I've not needed that sort of information for a very long time now. When I was looking I do not recall using a service to locate a school. I explained to them that they had been reported and were being reported again. Before I could finish the call was dropped.

Called, I answered & no one responded. Must be from an online university thing because I had clicked the wrong thing this a.m. & have been getting repeated calls about continuing my education, told them it was in error & they keep calling.

Number is related to SPAM--looking for people seeking college $.
