They called me 3 times in 4 hours.

I have been recieving calls from this JCpenney money co for ages from different number adn i dont know WHY they keep calling i dont even shop at JCpenney! or for that matter have a credit card. extremely annoying and starts calling at 5am (west coast time)and keeps calling 8 times a day!

Keep getting a call from this number and telling people that I am not Shannon who they are trying to get in touch with.  They say they are General Electric.

Keeps calling along with the 6785182062 number.  They will not stop calling.

You want them to stop calling and pestering you?  Here's a bright idea...pay your bills!

GE Money makes calls for several companies. Got in trouble when I went out of business. Lowes is also GE Money. Most calls come from India I believe.

Just got a call from this number on my cell.  There was air, then someone with a thick accent identified himself as Ronny and asked for me.  I said yes and they hung up.  Don't owe anyone so don't know why they are calling.  Hope it stops

Do not open emails or do surveys that free shopping sprees or restaurant meals, i.e. Subway, Best Buy Olive Garden. They are phishing scams and will obtain your cell and email address! I accidentally did!!

Do not answer calls from 330-433-5966, 239-443-3940, 1-800-754-0961. They are telemarketers for surveys and or some debt relief agency. Only way to stop these once is starts is to register cell or home phone.

Register on Donotcall.gov it won't stop...I called Attorney General

Register on the do not call as I told Jeanne , it won't stop but get worse and your number will be tossed around the telemarketing world, i even called attorney general for harrasement purposes....

If you can add applications from the android marketplace to your phone, get Mr. Number call block.  A must have for annoying callers!

I called the Opt Out number on the JC Penney/GE Credit website  877-969-1233
and asked to be taken off their solicitation list.  I had to wait thru several prompts asking me for my account number or SSN, but I was patient and got a nice Customer Service Rep who (hopefully) has removed me from the list.  Keeping my fingers crossed.....

As of 7/12/2012, these people are still very aggressive pests.  They call 4 to 8 times a day.  We did some back tracking and found out it was related to a Kohls account we opened, but never got a bill for.   We didn't ever get a permanent card either.  No card, no bill = no money.  Now that we know, we can go to our local store and try to get it ironed out.  In the meantime, we are mailing an officiail cease and desist letter.

This number calls on my cell and says "hold on for the next representative" which never comes on.  If it is JC Penny once again they are calling way before the bill is due.  I've bitched them out before...I get the bill on like the 11th and they start calling on the 12th to allegedly remind me of an amount due.
