Incessant numerous calls every day starting at 8:30AM Have warned them to STOP or they are open for litigation.  They demand to know who I am ... I owe them no answers.

this number keep calling everyday even in the wee hours of the day......when i say hello a voice prompt kicks in......its very annoying

It said it was an important call and said to hold. But then eventually my phone started freezing. That NEVER happens! This is a new phone! Someone please help!

continuous calls from this number . if the number is un know i wont answer but it needs to stop.

I donot know these people who say I brought some money in 2005,I am feedup with this person and the phone calls.

I get 15-30 calls a day on my 14 YEAR OLD DAUGHTERS PHONE !! she tells them they have the wrong number and they STILL CALL!  its been a month of nonstop calls from 8am til 9pm! My daughter got in trouble because her phone was vibrating in class all day! What the heck ?!? She's had that number for 3 years ..why are they calling a 14 year OLD all day!

I cant help but wonder why you got your child a cell phone at 11 years of age.
And I'm sure it is ONLY so you can get in touch with her OR in case she has
an emergency.......

I dont understand why they keep harassing my phone and if it is jcpenny my account is current so i don't understand d why they keep calling it is very annoying...

This number is GE Money calling for JCPenney. They consistly harass people about payments, even when the payment isn't late. I make regular payments and always pay more than the minimum due but I still get the phone calls. I get messages left on both my cell and my home phone. I now recognize most of the numbers they call from and I just ignore them. I am trying to pay off the account so I can close it.

They're calling my shop and hanging up at least 3-4 times a day. Can't even explain to them they've got a wrong number, I've never had a JC Penny card and I don't have any debts.

I keep asking J C Pennys why the people who call have no name on their I D...?
and I recorded the conversation with J C Pennys ..which they did not want to be recorded...but why then am I being harrassed?
I send a payment of $60 a month and I will catch up when I can....

Started on 3/1/2014.  Calls are coming to my cell every 2 hours.  Needs to stop.  Blacklisted the number so at least the phone does not ring.  When answered its a recording to hold for a very important message

I don't know who it is. They call all hours of the day and through the weekend. I pick up, it's a recording for me to hold! I hang up.
