It's J C Penny's finance company. If you miss a payment, they call you NON-STOP 2 days after you miss the payment, everyday, multiple times a day, until you pay.

The number is NOT from JC Penny as some of you have reported...It's a SCAM! I contacted JC Penny Credit Services and the telephone number isn't theirs and besides this isn't the way they do business! Since JC Penny are now aware I assume the calls will come to an abrupt end....However, the loosers will be off trying to use another companies merits, no doubt.

Yeah, same here- numerous times a day, at "harassment" qualifying hours.

I called them back- they wanted my $35 payment that was missed because despite the record they had of my address change, they admit sending statement to wrong address only to find it was returned to them in the mail.
They charged me a $35 late fee for this, which they removed from my account when I pointed out this was THEIR fault; I told them if they called me again at ANY hour I would pursue harassment charges against them because I work rotating (day/night) shifts and my work days vary from week to week. They agree to contact me only via mail in the future. I told them not to worry- given the recent crappy customer service I received from JCPenney, and their charging me interest on an order I never received (for which I also received a credit,) I wouldn't be shopping at Penney's anytime in the near future.

When I called the number back I got Synchrony Bank for JCPenney credit services.

Three calls in 2 hours - all hang-up calls, no message.
I got fed up and dialed the number - on caller ID it was listed as GE Capital.
Had to jump through hoops to get a human being on the phone and once I did, she asked me repeatedly for private information e.g. my SS number, birthdate, full name, etc.
Didn't give her [***] - she refused to answer my questions about why I was being called and what company she was working for.
I yelled at her to take my number off their call list and slammed the phone down.
Idiots.

3304335966 shows as Synchrony and they called me on a Sunday at 8am. Synchrony is short for Synchrony Financial who is 'built from GE heritage'; read this as used to be GE Financial which does credit cards and are also involved with store loyalty programs. Pick up the phone and request they take you off their calling list.  Also, suggest you place yourselves on the National Do Not Call Registry list (https://www.donotcall.gov/register/reg.aspx) . If you already registered with them, then file a complaint against Synchrony (https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx).  The more complaints, the more effective.  Stand up for your rights.

Receive 4-8 calls per day at all hours.

they call me several times a day

got the same call multiple times for about 2 weeks..my phone actually came up as saying Harassment on the screen when they called. Today I answered and it was Synchrony bank for JC Penney.  Had the number said JC PEnney I would have answered it sooner...the lady said they have 3 numbers they use...Answer and talk to them and they will stop calling.

They say they're calling on behalf of JC Penney.  I was instructed to call 1-800-527-3368.  The recording further provided their address as 170 West Election Rd #125, Draper, Utah.  Seeing that I haven't used a JC Penney credit card in years, I have no intention of calling them back.  I recall getting these calls years ago as well.

Calls at least 4-5 times a day.  Finally blocked them, but my phone will still show that I missed a call from them.  Frustrating!

Got numerous robotic calls from this number identified as  "Synchrony" asking for my JC Penney account (which I don't have) number. Robot asked for last 4 digits of my SS number. Then said no account associated with that number. Then asked for my JC Penney account number. Didn't have one so robot asked for my full SS number. I hung up.

This caller calls me 3 to 5 times a day....either hanging up when I answer or a recording saying to wait for the next available agent....they do not leave a message...

This number has called my work phone every morning for a week. When I answer the phone, they hang up immediately. When I let it go to voicemail, it's just a message saying "Hello? Hello?" and they've all been in different voices (male, female). It has to be some kind of malicious prank and should be shut down.

I get 3 to 4 calls daily.  I do not pick up because area 330 is in Dayton Ohio.

Calls 15 - 20 times daily.  Never had a JCP account. Never answered after the first time. Wish someone would do away with this one.

Receiving calls 7 days a week..... don't have clue who, what or why?  Guess I need to learn how to block numbers!
