We have recieved many calls from this number and yesterday I re-ordered th Magazine "VICTORY", and as they hung up the phone, she said we got a Credit Card? Do we need to cancel the transaction. Thank you  E.F.

Ebsco teleservice keeps calling day and night, we are on the do not call list, but that means
nothing to this company.

You have to directly ask to be put on the Do Not Call list. You can't say "Stop calling." You can't say "We're on the national do not call list." You have to say "Please put me on your do not call list." And they will, no questions asked.

The reason they can call you even if you're on the national Do Not Call list is because you at one time or another did business with one of the companies they work with, and therefore they have obtained your number legally. That's why making complaints doesn't do anything, because they can't be fined for it since the national Do Not Call does not apply to businesses you have personally done business and given your phone number to.

Called 3 times today (Sunday). We are on no call list. It has not stopped any of them.

They have called me EVERYday for the past year almost. If I hang up on them they call right back. I dont want them calling me anymore. How do I get them to stop?

Just called the 800 no. and had my no. put on the DNC list. If that doesn't work I'll post again.

This number has called my home telephone three times today (Sunday, June 26th) and did not leave a message at any time.  They did let the call go to Voice Mail but never left a message.  My telephone should be on the DO NOT CALL System.  Thank you.
