The caller me to renew my subscription to Ebony magazine,
I did and sent a money order,but I haven't received the magazines yet.
Please take me off your calling list,and I would like my money back or the
magazines soon.The caller was female she called February 18, 2009 at 7:38 p.m.

calls everyday 2-3 times

I get two (2) calls a day from them-seven (7) days a week. Early morning and late evening-about 830 pm. I am sick and tired of it. I registered a complaint with the US Fed Gvt-Do Not Call Registry site in which I have registered for a very long time.

This number calls me every day and I have no clue who they are or what they want. They leave no message

Please stop calling! Calls every evening, never leaves messages. Very annoying.

The Dog never talks just calls Im giveing your number to the news and Emailing to every one in my address book Warning Them not to answer when the dog calls

Just recently i got called from that number so i decided to call back and a machine answered me. It was about renewing a magazine subscription so yeah just in case anyone was wondering about it.!

Several days ago, I left a comment requesting that company stop calling and hanging up.There is no reason for them to call me. Pls remove my name & number!!!!!

Someone from this number has called 4 times this evening and they are not leaving messages. This is bordering on harassment and our # is on the Do Not Call list !

This caller is calling my home 7 days a week, and it is very annoying!! I want them to stop!

Calls day after day....... leaves quick message stating "Hello, is Chelsie ******* there?" Then hangs up.

Us too. Wonder why Ebsco uses this method of harassment? They must know it just annoys people. But, seems Freddie and Roy are correct. I called the 800 number this morning and was promptly connected to someone who could put us on the DNC list. They said it would take 24 hours but we'd get no calls after that. BTW, it IS magazine subs that get you on their list. Knowing this, the latest my husband signed up for? Yeah, we won't be renewing when the time comes. Anyone who sells your info to a place like Ebsco won't get any further business from us.

If you people would just read some of the other posts on here you can see that this problem is easily fixed. Call them at there phone number and just request to be taken off the list. It is a very simple solution to a not so big problem. Also i found this company's website as well. Says they have been in business since 1980, so you have to assume, for every one of you crabby people there are numerous others that actually use this company's services.

For the past three days this number calls at least once every day!

While I was away this number called every day for two weeks.

Those of you who think they represent a magazine, better get in touch with the magazine they said they represent and confirm that. There are a number of "companies" who find out what magazine you get and then offer to resubscribe you with an unbelievable offer - do not believe it. They get your money and run. (If only it was the money you paid for the supposed magazine - if you give them your credit card number they use it until they get stopped). Most magazines do not call.
They made the mistake of trying to resubscribe me to a magazine that they said was about to run out but I knew I had subscribed to it for 3 years.

Continues to call. Must be automated system. Someone at EBSCO please turn it off!

My number is on the "do not call" list. If these calls every day do not stop I will report this company.  STOP CALLING!
