I keep getting unidentified calls and when I placed a block on callers who are not identified the number 347-348-0611 now keeps calling and Indian lady, I just keep hanging up. They are relentless and you can file for harassment it is in your rights.

Have received multiple calls from 347 348 0611 beginning 2 weeks ago for a Golds Gym Membership that I cancelled years ago.  These individuals say the debt is from 2008.  I explained that I had cancelled the membership and did not owe anything.  They began to threaten me and I hung up.  I don't take the call any more.

I just recieved a phone call from them today. I answered and once they identified themselves, I told them to sed mea letter in the mail claiming I owe this debt. The csr was rude and said they cant do that. Soi hung up the phone. I called them back on my break in hopes of getting someone to send me a letter. I got 3 clueless csr who kept "cold transferring" from one to the other. Finally the manager says they have been sending me letters. He said the last letter that was sent tomy current address wss back in 2008!!! I said sir do y realize what year it now is??? Then said they can email me the info! This did not settle right w me and then claed to have spoken w me in march! LIES!!!! I told them no letter, no payment, and hung up! Ive dealt with collectors and a letter via email isnt how its done

This number has been calling me frequently demanding payment on a gym membership.  I have had gym memberships in the past but they can't give me information.  They keep threatening to report me to the  credit aggencies.  I believe they are scams. Can not get anyone that speaks english.

Interesting, they called in July and also today but didn't leave a message either time. I called back and it just said "your call is very important to us please hold" then transferred me to a voicemail with no name.  No company name ever mentioned.  

I too had a golds membership until 2011 but had it for years and always prepaid each year at renewal (only way they'd do it from what I recall).  I have no debt and only one credit card. I guess it could be a scammer who somehow got a hold of golds gym members info.   Very weird.    I blocked the number

This IDIOT call me twice and THREATEN ME TO COME TO MY HOUSE this Little people think they are in 3er world country, becareful of this scumbag NO GIVE ANY INFORMATION THEY ASK YOU FOR A FULL NAME AND SS NUMBER.

this number calls all the time and leaves no  number.  or, they breathe into the phone~~~STOP!

Turn them into the FTC. What they are doing is illegal.

Super rude and threatening, something about a old gym membership and not cancelling it properly.  BS told them I had the letter I sent and never was billed again, they asked if I had proof it was sent certified, if not, I am still liable for a 2 year old cancelled membership.  Then they put on the "supervisor" who is equally rude, hang up they are a fraud or they brought bad debts that are  bogus.  Heavy accent, waste of time, don't entertain them.

Hey If you want the email address to the Pres and VP of golds gym....here they are.  I just sent them emails bothering them since they are bothering me.

They called me again today because my cell phone company reset their website and all blocking number were erased

I keep getting the same , indian speaking people ,very rude and loudness of others doung the same . Not proffessional at all. I do owe the gym money , but this company says there 1st credit services. And there name is always ken or another name the same too. Anybody can get our debts and our numbers easily off internet. STUPID!!!

They called me and they were speaking in a language I couldn't recognize.

I'm a college student and I know I have financial aid to pay, but when I got this call i was very confused, I knew I had a debt and so i said I understood, because the company they claimed to be sounded right, first capitol or something like that. he told me i owed about 1500 but could make a payment of 125. i could make a payment online so i told him that, and thats when he started pushing. "oh but theres a fee, oh i'll take money off, let me transfer you to my manager" thats when I noticed something, if this is really a collection agency, why is there no hold tone, why does the guy sound the exact same as the first guy, and how do my transfers run as fast as they are. so when he started switching me to the supervisor I hung up and looked up the number to make absolutly sure that it was a collection agency, glad I found out before I got screwed.

Dude in a very thick Indian accent left a message that I could barely understand.  I'm not falling for this crap, neither shoud you...Dont waste your time trying to call back...BLOCK THE NUMBER.

This is a debt collection agency working for Gold's Gym.  I had a gym membership in the Clocktower in Herndon, VA that was a two year contract.  I went through that two year contract, then transferred my membership to Tyson's Corner, Virginia.  I went back to the Clocktower Golds Gym, confirmed with an employee there that my gym membership had been canceled (why would I need two memberships?) and then put it out of mind.  2 years later I get a call from the above number saying they had not canceled the membership, kept billing me at $40 a month, and now I owe ~$400 and change.  This page, http://www.cancel-help.com/cancel-golds-gym-membership/, has plenty of complaints of people that ran into the same thing.  F*** Gold's Gym.  I am refusing to pay, credit hit or not.

keep calling non stop regarding gym membership!! i know there a fraud i just cuss them out!
