Calls all day and leaves voice mail of heavy breathing

Thank you for the heads up! They called me
once, but did not leave a voicemail! But then I received two consecutive phone calls from a blocked number! Very creepy!!

They keep calling day and night. They never stop. They wont even tell me what its about.

SCAM!!!!SCAM!!!! don't give them any information to third party scam

This is a gym membership collection company.  Apparently they handle the billing for several gyms and when you quit the gym they try to collect additional months of payments even after you cancel.  Best thing is to never pickup

They call all the time no messsages left i put it in auto reject on my phone.

It seems that this is a secondary collector from Golds Gym.  Meaning that Golds has allowed them to try to collect a debt.  In my case, I have a letter from Golds saying there was an error and I have no outstanding balance.  These guys do not seem to care.  These guys do not care and call several times a day.

They continue to call me repeatedly and leave strange voice mails

They call all hours of they day and night like what collect agency does that. They called me regarding my retro fitness account. i had stopped going and i forgot to pay them and they start tripping. like wtf.these indian people keep explaining the same thing over and over and im like i gave you a date that ill pay and you guys agreed on it and they get mad when i say i dont want to pay over the phone like our company doesnt sound legit so helll no you not about to overdraft my account. then they put there supervisor on and he is asking me why i dont want to pay over the phone. the name of the company is first credit services. like im not racist but these damn indians be trying to make money off of everything

I called worlds gym and questioned if they had turned me over to this collections company. They had no record of it. My account with worlds gym is still in good standing. This so called collection agency calls 3-4 times per week, 2-3 times per day. Trying to tell me I owed $500.00 due to auto renew of my gym membership. I told them that's not how it works and they insisted o send them something from worlds gym saying that. I went off on them today and told the guy if he calls my number again, his so called scam company will be hearing from a lawyer for a class action lawsuit. He immediately hung up on me.

U cannot sign into a contract as a minor. If u signed a gym membership, they can't enforce it.

These people call us several times per day harassing us!  How do we make them stop??

Called saying they were First Credit but couldn't tell me anything more without me giving my birthday and address.   Said they were calling about a debt.
