I got a call from this BCS claiming they have a law suite against my ss. The guy who calls you cant understand. This is a scam. Do these people think we are DUMB???? They need to move on!!!!!!

i keep getting harrasing calls from this number I have never done buisness with them. and they harrassing my friends. can anyone help

They keep calling me pretending to me a medical center.. asking for money..saying i owe them a bill. (i do not).. i have asked them over and over again to STOP.but they will not...

he is just called me and said he was from pcs again.  i have called them back, but only after searching them of course.  andrew ikeson i think he said.  3476710355 supposedly this is his number.  kept saying that paperwork has been sent to my courthouse in my county.

I received a phone call from the number listed above, and was threatend that legal action was going to be taken aginst me, and my social security number if I don't call them back. Do not answer this call if they call you. Try to have the number blocked from calling your phone if possible. The caller on the other end is a scammer trying to obtain personal information about you to try to steal you identity.

Received a call from 3474747041 claiming I owe them money. PSC caller's name is Shawn. I don't owe anybody any money. The sooner these calls stop-the better.

They started calling me.  Stating that I owe some cash advance loan.  Don't remember taking out a loan and not paying.  This has happened before.  I called the Attorney General's office in my state and made a claim.    I'm also going to do what some of the others have done and make a claim with the FTC and BBB.

I received the exact same call and they refused to put their info in writing.  The rep insisted that i give the phone to my manager so he could get my fax number.  I told him he didn not need to speak to him and whatever he needed to send could be in writing.  I informed him that I could not get personal calls at work and he was harrassing me at work. He is contining to call me and leaving messages.  I will not answer no more.

a man with a heavy accent calls and threatens me about someone's debt saying I am going to jail.  It's not even my debt.

Recieved a call that he said his name was David Cooper from PCS Public Credit Services and he has a suit against my SS# and that I should call to avoid further action and may lose my job.  I hate these scams.  Number that came up on caller ID is 347-474-7041 and I should call him back at 347-960-0611.

I have been getting calls from this number just like everyone else on here. Saying the same things. They have now started calling my friends and family that I have used as references in the very distant past.  I would love to know how to stop this.

just got a call stating that I have committed fraud and that I used my employer as a gurantor - ok whatever - I know that I have never done this before.  I had pay day loans but they were paid and every few months I get these calls.  very annoying and I just never answer them - and they eventually stop calling.

Keep getting calls from these people every few months.  I just like playing mind games with them.
Today I asked the caller where he was calling from.  He told me Texas.  I asked what city and he said Texas again.  I again asked what city in Texas, and he told me........Brooklyn, NY.  LOL
Didn't know Brooklyn is now in Texas.  They get annoying, but if you have time, just have fun with them until the get so pissed off they yell and hang up on you.

I just began receiving calls from these bullies. They even left a voicemail with my employer stating that there is pending legal action against my social security number. I urge all of you to file a complaint with the federal trade commission. What these people are doing is harassment and is illegal!

I received a call from work from this number. He said his name was Jared and gave me options on paying payday cash loan. I called the police and they told me to ignore it. Next thing I know he's calling my cell phone and when I wouldn't answer him back, he kept calling my work number and harrassed the office personnel and threatend to kill them. That particular conversation was recorded. Beware of the scammer. I would like to know how they got my info. Isn't that priveleged.

He (David Cooper) called me on my cell, left a message stating I am under investigation. My SS#, credit, drivers liceance (sp?)  are at jeapordy and I need to call him to settle this immediatley. He also told me that he isn't responsible if I loose my job due to this. wtf??

Very annoying. They called today saying I'm in very serious trouble and that I have 3 cases filed against my SSN. Halfway through the message they stop talking and hang up. Shortly aftper, they call right back looking for a friend of mine who supposably used me as a reference for something. even if I was used as a reference, I have no legal ties to that. These people are idiots. Not realizing they called me about a year ago with this same BS.. I've blocked their number at this point. Get off my line wasting my time...

I received a call on today, 1:07.There was a message left on my phone advising that one of my friends was being investigated by the state for fraud staying my name was used as reference. He sounded like he was reading from script..The gentleman has a India accent.. His name was Shawn Johnson 3479600611.From PCS...Advised public credit service law firm. The original number called from was 3474747041.Added he must be received by her or I would be pending 2000 in court and he would   be fine 5000. Advise he will loss 79ponts from credit..He called her a he and she is the opposite sex. I called back and they ask me for my number after I states that the called was about someone else. I advise him that I cannot be held accountable for what other people do. He had me going because he had her name and my phone wasn’t in my name.. I give the number and was placed on hold and after 4min something told me to hang up..I call back and they ask me same information. I advise them that my lawyer would get in touch with them... after I quickly started to goggle and researching name and numbers to only find it’s a scam. I have informed other people as while. He is not as smart as he thinks. I still have message on phone..
