THIS IS A SCAM!   got a call on my cell a few weeks ago, scared me at first then my boss stepped in and he started cursing and saying profanities to him then hung up.    He just called again today at my job from the 347 area code # stating his name is mike wilson from bcs law firm, i called him back and he said his name is mark and told me he had paperwork saying i was in trouble for fraud and money laundering.  I said "you do realize i know this is a scam and you just wasted your time calling me because i have already reported it to the police"  he then cursed at me and hung up because i was laughing at him over the phone!!!!!!  it was great.  He is usually a man with a common american name (so that you will call him back) from a law firm with three initials.   TOTAL SCAM- DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO!

Got a call debt collector. Was sending some to arrest me and first it was a woman, then the next day a man called with a heavy deep Indian tone in his voice ...really they need to get a life

My disabled father keeps getting these calls also but from a new york number its the same person  though called my cell twice with two different names but you can tell its the same person been dealing with this scam for two years now sick of it.

I too have had the same thing happen to me. The number is blocked and they say that I took a payday loan out and defaulted. That I was going to jail and was going to be fired from my job because they contacted my employer. I know times are desperate all throughout the world but this is rediculus. What do we have to do to get it through to these people that scamming innocent people is wrong. The called me three times on Friday. Always the same person claiming that I took out a cash advance with Cash Advance America and im going to jail for fraud, wire fraud and theft by deception. Never took out a payday loan with that company. I told the turban head to go @#$" a camel. He of course hung up and called back an hour later. They called my employer and dated the were going to have me arrested by 5pm Friday and my employer was to turn me in. Needless to say since I work in a field were felonies get you fired I was told that if I was arrested I wouldn't have a job on Monday. I am at work right now and I have not been arrested. No cases are pending against me in either county court or In civil court and I didn't pay them a dime. My suggestion to anyone who gets this call is to immediately call there state attorney generals office and file a complaint. Also call your local authorities and talk to them as well. Don't confirm you SSN to them or they will steal your identity.
This is a big time scam. They want you to be so scared you will be arrested that you will pay them what they say you owe. I had to have my SSN changed because of this fraud. Just a friendly FYI.

I got a message claiming I am going to get taken to court and that a red mark will be put against my ss # tgis guy could barely speak english. He had my address email and ss#. I have taken out some payday loans in the past. When I asked for something in writing he refused!i even said email me, but he wouldnt! if I legitimately ower any $ tell me who and why and when! So frustrating.

got a call from this number at 6 am!!!!
also man with middle eastern descent, coutldn't even pronounce my name!
told him to stop calling.

I just now got 2 calls from a man w/ a thick middle eastern accent, I could barely understand him, but he left a voicemail saying he was from BCS debt consolidation services and a lawsuit has been filed against me (my maiden name, which i haven't gone by in 2 years) and my SS# and that the allegations against me were serious. The # he called from was that 347-474-7041 one. Is it really a scam, or should I be worried about being sued!?

Received a call from Zach Bolden saying that  there are going to be charges filed against me.  I had the same calls about 4 months ago and complained and they stopped until today.  They are even calling me at work.  This fraud has to stop

Received a call from a man with a heavy accent. He told me I owe for a cash advance I took in 2010. And that I was going jail for fraud if I do not pay $600. He said I should pay this instead of $3000 for lawyers fees. When I advised him that I have a lawyer. He started to yell at me. I was nice up to this point. SO I TOLD HIM OFF. AND TO KEEP IS ASS IN INDIA. HE HUNG UP.

HE CALLED ON MY CELL SO I BLOCKED THE NUMBER FROM MY PHONE

I received the same type of call, the number was changed to 3479600614. Same type of scam. Middle eastern male inquiring about an SSN problem.....yea, right

I turn them into Federal trade Commision  Everyone do the same 877-382-4357 thanks

Who is this person he said his name but both times he called gave 2 diffrent names .said he was an oofficer

This number is also associated with the callback # of 347-960-0617.  Middle Eastern/Indian accent, threatening to go to authorities for fraud and next step will be to contact my employer and references "in black and white"  The names given are American but the accents give that away. They will not say what state or city they are in, or even what country. Today they are from PCS -Public Consolidation Services

I called back the number for me at 347-960-0617 and the guy would not identify himself, answered the phone with "who's calling?" and laughed when I told him he was a scam and his company was a scam and he said he was a law firm in NY.  He told me I was a "dumb woman" and "what is your FBI going to do to me?" I told him his company was the fraud and it was all over the internet and he just laughed and said "so what,,what are you going to do about it?"  347-960-0617

They called as a law firm saying i took a loanout of a state i haven t even been to threating me with arrested and fired and so forth this is a fraud call the state attorneys office DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried calling them back it states my call cant go through due to network difficulties. I want this SOB to call me back, I will rip him a new one, apparently this dumb indians cant get a job so they harrass Americans and theaten them. Habeeb, needs a new life

******ALERT*****They now have a new number and are calling me right at this moment...I'm ignoring the call...Advised they had wrong # his name is James so he says....and he wants to know if I ll be his friend and keeps calling me after I hang up on him....----BCS Law Firm @ 347-960-0611, states he's from New York...Once my 9yr old daughter answered he asked her her name and age..Wow, this is not professional at all, he will also state that he is the supervisor

Got a call asking for "John Conrad" from this number. It's not the first time they've called looking for "John". I've added this number along with 18 other numbers to my IGNORE contact so it goes straight to voicemail. Anytime they leave a message its the same thing "John Conrad, legal action, call back, blah blah blah". The sad thing is they've left a social security number in the recorded message. Some poor persons SSN is floating out there! They're a pain, they've called at 6 am before, it was a woman. When I told her it was illegal to make these calls before 8 am, she hung up on me. They just keep changing their nubmer.
