This guy calls my work and cell claming his name is david with a indian accent

My company have been getting calls from a Vickie Garcia saying she works with PCS Law Firm also her number she giving is 347-960-0615. They saying that they're going to file a lawsuit and have me arrested if I don't call them they are located in Queens New York S.Richmond Hill NY. I got this from my background check she is also listed on Facebook and she is a Spanish looking lady in her yearly or late 40. Look very strange. Careful please don't give you information to these people.

I have received twice today a call from this legal offices of BCS 347-862-9249 stating that there will be a law suit placed against my ss # if I dont call soon. However, the man calling is either using a voice scrambler machine or cant speak english very well!

how do i get them to stop calling with out answering my phone?

They were kind enough to notify me when my debit card was being used.
I hung up then and there.  I am sure that they were going to ask for my CC # and my pin to ensure my identification.

Received a call from this company from a "MIke Wilson" stating that I had a lawsuit filed against my SSN by his company the Law Office of BCS. When I called back was told "MIke" was not in but was speaking to his supervisor. Asked for my ptn, gave it, asked for some verification of who I was and then went on to say I was having charges filed against me by the FDIC for missaprpriaiton of funds and some other, I am sure bogus charges. Said I could settle for 511 dollars of the 900+ balance they showed from Cash Advance USA, of which I have never used. When asked about how to dispute he said I could go to court, but then hung up on me. I called back and first they hung up, called back again, hung up, called back again, was told to call tomorrow. I called back again was told the office was closed and that this had been transferred to security, called back once more to be sure and no one answered.

A male with East Indian accent called and asked for an employee and I stated that she was not on duty as yet and also we are not allowed to take messages and he used foul language and cussed me out and then repeated ti and I hung up. The telephone # he called from is as follows: 347-474-7041

I got a call this afternoon by someone at this number. He said I will be served papers tomo and he'll see me in court unless I pay him 700$+ today. This, he said, would cause a "red mark" on my ssn. He'd said I blew him off, since they had sent me emails and called me numerous times to let me know. (This is the first phone call I'v received from them.) I told him I hadn't received any emails from him and then he put me on hold. When he came back to the line, the call was dropped. I looked up this "red mark" and it doesn't exist, even to Google. And everyone knows how much information Google has! Even to the Social Security bureau, there was no information. I also tried calling the number back, but it was unavailable. I've owed money before and even been sent to collections, but I've NEVER been threatened with a law suit. Creeps.

I received a phone call from a Ronald Jackson, a man with a heavy indian accent.  He said that there is a lawsuit against me and that my friends and family would be contacted, my employer and I would have to go to court.  I called him back and asked who was filing a claim against me and he said some cash advance company.  He asked for my debit card number over the phone and I told him that was not normal procedure for payments (I have accounts that I pay on line or over the phone and they dont proceed that way).  He was not clear about who or what company he represents and when I told him I dont know of a cash advance that I have made he said well just go to court then and hung up.  I called back and asked him, "Did you hang up on me?"  and he said yes.  I was puzzled about this call so    went browsing on line and found this website with the number that called me.  I am so glad I did research this so am sharing my experience with you all.

Called my place of work and left a number for me to call as well as his name Lance Parker at 347 491 5137.  Not sure what it is about but had someone call me a few weeks ago about a Payday loan I was supposedly have taken out back in December then they took $30.00 out of my account and I filed paper work with out State Attorney Generals office and will also file this.

I got a call today and it was an Indian man. He said a lawsuit will be file against my ssn. I hear other Indian men laughing in the background. He was also laughing and could barely leave the call back number. This is  scam. I will never answer their call. Don't hive these people your information. Please report them.

They are located in Pakistan, they curse at you, threaten you, and repeatedly call you and leave unnecessary messages. The sheiffs department can't do anything but put your complaint on a piece of paper. No one will help you with these thieves. It is a whole bunch of people that have the same accent, and the same attitude. They have stolen money from MILLIONS and they are still in business. What do we have to do to get these people shut down?!?!?! Nothing but a hassle. PLEASE PEOPLE, WE NEED TO SHUT THESE THIEVES DOWN!!! But how????

Got call stating I would would proscuted and arrested.If I didnt call him back within 6hrs.Needless to say I didnt call the man back(Indian descent)He stated again that if I didnt call him paperwork would be filed againest me and my SSN,And the Sheriff would be at my house tomorrow He called me from Phone #347-735-5161.Said he works for PCS Law firm.

I am receiving a call from the number 347-201-9841 also i have gone through this before and i am going to turn this number over to the prober authorities this is pure harrassement and it needs to stop this is a scam they got me once before because they had my SSN. If i have too I will contact the FBI this needs to stop.

get a call every couple of months from this guy who seems to know all of my personal information, threatning me with going to jail if I don't pay him. Yeah Right

I got call from man with heavy Middle Eastern/Indian accent saying they had lawsuit against me for payday loan from 2010! I've never had a payday loan, told him so and then he switched me to his supervisor who had an American sounding name but stated I could settle with him or get a lawyer and become aggressive and insulting when I would not confirm any personal information like my SSN then finally telling me to get a lawyer! Oh and I would be charged, arrested and taken away in handcuffs. I don't know who these guys are but do not engage with them. If you are really involved in a lawsuit you would have court papers, etc not a phone call to "make a deal". It's a scam!!!

received a call today at my work said it was a legal matter and would I talk to their lawyers I said sure they then transferred the call when the guy with a heavy middle eastern accent answered he said please give me your phone number so I can look up why you are calling I said I didnt call you you called me and insisted on knowing what this was a bout he said it was concerning a loan i took out with direct express said i never heard of them and that I have notified the police that this was a scam and I had questions to ask him he then hung up I am sure they will call again but next time I wont answer
