Just got a call from this number. We are unlisted, so it is strange that we would get a call. My caller ID showed " Rhode Island Caller"

Another search indicated the number was listed to:

Still don't know why they are randomly calling people.

I picked up the call a foreign lady I could not understand said she was with some security company I told her I was not interested and hung up. I have a cell that is not listed.

They called but leave no message.

An Oriental sounding bimbo said hi my name is Lisa and I'm from lkuhlayweerjkhgakj how are you?  I went off hook and called the number.  Another phishing expedition.

Received call about 1:30 from warren ri. ans machine picked up no message left . 7/ 9/11.
another pain in the rear call. 800 service is  good at calling any time day or night also

They said this is not a sales call.  Starts asking questions

How do you get them to stop calling?

Mirroring others comments on the "local phone company" and the "randomly selected for a free GE Security System"...  The clowns called my company provided AT&T cell phone.  I work at AT&T.  When I said, "Oh, so you must be AT&T."  "uh, yes, we are AT&T"...  "Great!  I work there too, What's you AT&T employee number so I can look it up and find out what call center you're at."   <click>   Uh hello?  lol

The number is a PBX caller ID spoof.  Next time maybe we should load them up with false info and have them show up at a police station or federal building.

I just got a call from this number on my cell phone. I didn't answer it because I didn't recognize the number. They didn't leave a message or anything, but my phone says that it's a caller from Rhode Island.
I don't know how they got my number because I don't give it out.

Why do you people answer calls from numbers you do not know, If it says unknown and/or unavailable simply DO NOT ANSWER. Problem Solved.

Just got a call from this number on my land line.  I answered, there was a pause, a foreign sounding person said "hello" and I rudely said, "who's calling?"  in a confrontational way.  They hung up.

Just did a reverse lookup. Results were:
"401-310-0123 is not a valid phone number"

Called me tonight at 6:45 and left no message.

I received this call on my cell phone while shopping.  It was from GE?? It was a woman with very
broken Spanish accent. " I said I didn't accept that type of call on this phon"e.  she said "what type"
I said "telemarketing",  She said "you are a liar and a cheat" and hung up.

called home phone, when I tried to call back operator says sorry call can not be completed..

Received a call to my personal cell phone which very few people know about.  I let the call go to voice message and then immediately attempted to return it.  As it turns out the number was 'not in service'.

Got my first call this morning - same complaint as others - broken English, asking hello, calling back in 5 minutes. Number is registered in Warren, Rhode Island!
