I thought broken english is a kind of language with wrong grammer !

Just received a call from this number.  I don't know anyone in Rhode Island and therefore will not answer the call.  No message left.  ??  I don't care, not answering it.  When they pay for my phone bill, I'll answer their call.

Immediately returned the call to the number and got the no longer in service recording.

Just got called by this number at 4:03 today.  

Told them I have asked them several times to remove me from their list and I was registered with the National Do not Call Registry.  

The mans reply in broken English was "I don't care"

I hung up and filed a complaint with the national do not call registry, but since this phone number if spoofed most likely anyway, it won't make a difference I bet.

I just got a call from this number, after a pause a rude woman with an accent stated this was not a sales call, and starts asking me questions about whether or not I have smoke detectors and fire extinguisher in my house.  I told her not to call me again and hung up - but my 5 year old happened to be on the other line listenting, and she said the woman said "Oh, I'll call again..."  WTH?  Who are these people and what do they want?  Obviously it's some kind of scam but I wasn't willing to stay on the phone long enough to find out.  Anyone know how to report this??

THIS number called my house phone and said they were DSS and asked my daughter if we had smoke alarms in our house!!!! ??? WTF these people are habitual prankers & CREEPS When I tried to make a return call, its said the number cannot be reached.

I am on TX DO NOT CALL & NATL DO NOT CALL for a reason -- I do not want nor do I accept telephone solicitations.  Please do not call me!!!!

I received 2 calls on my home answering machine today from 401-310-0123, but they left no message, just static and hung up on the machine.  

Interesting, I noticed someone here posted that they also have been receiving calls from an area code (406) Avery Place.   I was receiving survey people from the (406) 948-8156 Avery Place back in May and it went on for 6 weeks, before I totally went crazy on the phone with these people and told them to stop calling my unpublished number and that I was on Do Not Call.  Each and every time I had to tell them this.  They all had various foreign accents..  Then, I started receiving the 401-310-0123 Warren calls today.

I received a call from this number and they said they were from a company selling fire equipment ie. (smoke alarms and fire extinguishers).  They had the worst English ever.  If I were to call someone and do this to them I would be in trouble by the authorities.  How can (these) other people do this.  It just isn't fair.  Seems like nothing is becoming fair to the down home true blood people.

Getting numerous calls from this number even though I am on the do not call list. Never anyone there.

I received a call on my cell phone from this 401 3100 123 number.  When I said hello, they didn't say anything, it was just a musical sound.  Lasted about 11 seconds.

called my cellphone several times, but I missed the calls.  I looked it up and see its a prank.  I am on the do not call list, so how do they do this?

They claim to be GE Home Security. They called on my cell phone, and hung up when I complained.

I got the same calls and I ask them more stupid questions than they do just to keep them on the line longer. I figure that is less time they have to bother others.

Called my cell.  Sounds like direct marketing.  Told them to take my number off of their list.  No reply.

Just received a call on my cell but ignored it because I won't answer numbers I don't recognize. No message. Glad I didn't answer
