This company has refused to remove my number upon my request and has attempted to force me to submit a request via email. That is likely a tactic to obtain email addresses for advertising/sales use. Telemarketers are REQUIRED by the FCC to remove your number from their lists upon your request. There is nothing in the FCC guidelines that say the request must be written. If a telemarketer refuses to remove your number, transfer you to a department that will do so, or provide you with a toll free number for self removal, then you can contact the FCC to file a complaint: 1-888-225-5322.

Called me today I didn't answer, no message. FOAH

I got this call just a few minutes ago and I called back and to get off their data base I have to submit a letter.......I don't think so. I'm not making the unwanted calls.

Called eleven minutes ago. No message left on my voice mail. They have called in the past.
Make.
It.
Stop.

They claim that they are not selling anything...in fact, the information that you provide is their cash cow. These contact and address listings are sold to whoever ponies up the bucks...and they have to be current or else they do not have a marketable product. They claim that they have strict standards and genuine vendors...highly doubtful.

Just remember that the info that you provide will be rewarded with spam mailings, the unauthorized release of your information to whomever pays for it, and the pleasure of wasting your time to line their pockets with cash.

Don't tolerate this bottom-feeding.

Called me today. On a UK number?! Left an "empty" message (background office noise for 20 seconds then hung up). Weird. Don't know what InfoUSA want with a guy in England. =/

The 402 930 3659 phone number called a couple of times didnt leave message so i called back to see, hit 2 to talk to someone and verify info, the ask me simple non personal questions to verify valitity of business info they had.  I ask them a ton of questions, they said that since i have a website and a small business that the info is publicly traded and they company calls to verify the info about us so websites yahoo etc search engines can run smooth.. yea imbuying that one lol..its and eis computer generating calls randomly to verify our onfo so thats its accurate for other telemarketers that buy the PHONE LIST to sell us SH*T ...i USED to work at a tele firm

Extremely rude and absolutely no respect for my request to "remove me from your calling list". I'm on the do not call list and will be reporting this company, they have called even after my request to be removed from the calling list.
I have no idea why individuals choose this type or work as their job. Two words: higher education. Get some.

Hang up when we answer the phone.  Call at least once a day.

Call came in 3 times this week.  One a day.  My number is already on the do not call list, they never leave a message.

These people called my company and said they were from Service Cananda. They have upt their antics impersonating a government agency. BE CAREFUL!!!

4029303659 Called saying they are some search engine site updating their info like they do every year. they read all the office info to me to verify. Now our fax is going off. WTF????? They already have our info

called the number back. Operator informed me the company goes by info canada or info usa. They provide info to yellowpages and directory assisstance as well as onstar for navigational purposes. nothing illegal and they do not charge you for answering even though it rings when you pick up

Had this number ring me twice in two days. Just cut off when i answered it.  Ohama N.E is the place it is based from ?

Do not provide your information to Infousa they sell your personal company info to telemarketers who are sometimes ingaged in fraudulent activities

Info USA, want to update "my business info"

They called our store today.  We are in Ontario Canada.  The claimed to be the phone company (Bell Canada).  But apparently they weren't even calling from Canada.  They started asking really wierd questions like "how many employees work at your store".  After that question, we hung up on them.

Now we know not to talk to them again when they call back.
