Received two calls, 1:28AM and 1:30AM.

I got a call from a blocked number at 2:30 am this morning followed immediately by a call from this number.

GOT A CALL FROM A RESTRICTED NUMBER AT 5:00 IN THE AM.  DID NOT ANSWER. RIGHT AFTER GOT A CALL FROM 408-228-0163.

I also received a call from a restricted after I submitted a price request on Autos.com. The call was immediatley followed by 408-228-0163

happened to me too. i submitted a request for quote on KBB and soon got call from a "Private Number", followed by a call from this number. I took the call and it got disconnected after 3 seconds. Gotta stop this damn spammers.

tried to get a quote for 3 cars.  30 seconds later recieved a restricted call.  5 seconds later another call from this 408-228-0163...what the heck..  call it back  -i get all circuits are busy  and it/thay call at 2am.  NOT COOL!!!

Blocked call at 2:30 p.m. then 408-228-0163 call at 2:33 once answered it hangs up.

I just was on carfinder.com and submitted my info for a 1999 Beetle. I just got the call from first a restricted number and then 408-228-0163.

Was awakened this morning at 1:40 a.m. by a call on my CELL PHONE.  ID said "Restricted".  Still had it in my hand when it rang again.  This time from 408-228-0163.  Yes, my husband and I are new car shopping.  NO, we have never given anyone our cell phone numbers.  We have made NO inquiries, ask for NO quotes, nor submitted any personal information on any Internet auto web sites, but we have researched autos on Edmunds, Yahoo auto, Ford, Toyota, etc.  We've visited a couple of local dealers, but have given only one of them our home phone.  So how do they get my CELL number?

I got a call also from these [***]. It was on a Sunday. No one answered. First it was a restricted number then it was this number.

same story about signing up on car quote, but they should know better about calling middle of the night. I am doing something  about InvoiceDealer.com: reporting this to BBB!

I was signing up for a free powerpoint and had to "register" with thier sponsor.  I never got registered with the company that I was working with but within minutes of plugging in stuff for newcars.com I got a call from 408-228 0163.  rip off.

Signed up to get a car quote and withing minutes received a call from a restricted number with no one there.  Within another minute call from 408-228-0163, again, no one on the other end.  I plan to report to Verizon Fraud department..

same thing happened to me tonight....wife signed up on a car web site and the number restricted then again 1 min later with the san jose area code....the website was motortree.com i think we need to find a way to get rid of this [***] cause its unreal....

got the same exact call after asking for a price quote on a car...annoying!!

Got a call from same number in the wee hours of the morning.  I just refinanced my home, but have not made any inquieries about a car or like website.

I signed up for a vehicle quote as well.  I revceived 2 calls, one blocked and one 408-228-0163.  Both of these came at 1:10 in the morning.  I had requested this information at 9:00 pm.  When I answered the second time, they hung up on me.

same thing as above. Strange.

I was searching for a car quote and put my info on a site for email ONLY. With in three minutes I received a phone call from a blocked number then immediatley after this number 408-228-0163 phoned me. This is very irritating!!
