yes I just got a call right now they claimed they were looking for someone named James and that the heshe is from the IRS.  When I wouldn't tell her anything she started cursing at me.  I blocked her.

A guy with an Indian accent called me from this number and said that I had a lawsuit filled against me in the state of California for discrepancies in my taxes for the past 3 years. He said that I have to contact Officer Kenneth Webster and he will give me all the details about my case and that I would be going to jail if this was not taken care of quickly. He told me to call back the same number he called from and talk to the "officer". I told him I have never even been to California and he said that I was a liar and they know that's where I was. He said good luck and hung up. I called the number back and it said the lines were busy to leave a message,  the voice mail was full, and then hung up. This is a total scam!

I just got the same call and was instructed to call a Kenneth Webster who was the supervisor. A man with a heavy Indian accent demanded that I call his supervisor.  This creep had my name cell phone number and my employers address.  When I called the number back it sounded like a call center.  I said I was told to call right now , what seems to be the problem.  He said give me your phone number after I gave him my name in my introduction.  I said I am not giving you any information until you explain to me my I am calling a supervisor who is supposed to be in an office and I hear all the call center chatter in the background.  What foolishness is this and he hung up. Clown... Idiot.

This number called me 3 times!  Thick accent.  They sound Indian and loud noise in the background.  They said they were the IRS and I owed them back taxes.  Then I told them that is really funny because you guys owe me money.  Then they hung up!!!  I called back... they answer the phone claiming they are "Investigation IRS department".  I asked why they hung up on me and I asked to speak with the supervisor and they hung up on me again.  It blows my mind how these people are still not arrested when they are using the IRS brand name to scam money.  Crazy!!!!!!!! SCAM!!  

These [***] think they will be able to scam peaceful citizens out of their many that easy. I got the same phone call. They are scamers. They can bearly speak english in the first place to be working for IRS. if you get a phone call from them, tell them to scam their parents before trying with you.  Becareful.

Got a call from this number as well. called two to three times. Returned phone call and it said their mailbox was full.

I also got a call from the same number, claiming IRS. I live in Virginia.

A guy with Indian accent (I'm sure he is Indian since I've been working with lots of great and honest Indian) and told me that the IRS has filled a serious case against me and that I would need to urgently call the senior case officer (named Kenneth Webster) immediately. Of course, I was scared since I did not want to have anything to do with the IRS. I called three times and reached a full mailbox.

Believe it or not, the same guy dared to call again. This time I played along and he started asking for sensitive information. He told me that the IRS has mailed some documents to me and that I should start with paying a small fee via credit card and the case will be dismissed. He did not know the law of this country.

Who do I report this to? I called the state attorney generals office and they said it was a scam and to disregard it but took no information.

The same person called my mother who is single and barely makes it by these people need to get a life this is not only dirty it is shameful praying on elderly people who barely make it by as it is this is the number 415 251 4089 that is my mother they are messing with you are nothing but a low down person

Yes, Total Fraud.  I just got the same call.  So, don't be afraid at all, just ignore it.

Received a call from these [***] claiming to be from the IRS asking me for my lawyer's name. Which I would not give them. The person says his name is Daniel Martin, and that I have not paid taxes in five years. While I was on the phone with him I did a search of the phone number and found out about the scam. How is it that today we can find terrorists in our country but can't locate these f*#ks. But it's our own fault because we don't take the time to listen to the news. When I hear of people being taken on a scam, you deserve it. Stop being greedy. Research everything before you give out your money. There are many people that have bought the Brooklyn Bridge.

I've had this message twice now. I returned the call from another phone number and when I asked the nature of the call they hung up.

“This message is intended for ....... do reply this is Daniel Martin from IRS. International revenue of service and the hot line to my division is 4152514089. I repeat it's 4152514089. Don't try to disregard this message and do return the call as soon as possible before legal allegation take place. We have determined that there are two different errors in your income tax. goodbye and take care. I hope you have a good day.”

Got a call today (4/23/2014) from somebody called John Deere from IRS, (heavy accent could not understand his name very clearly, not INDIAN though). he left a threatening VM about how this call should not be ignored before it is an illegal violation.
They said that I or my  attorney of record to contact him ASAP

The message was that it was urgent he/she was from the IRS (Internal Revenue Services Dept).  They were looking for someone named Clarence (not me).  They were calling in regards to a discrepancy on my taxes.  He said his name was David Johnson.  415-251-4089  Please call me as soon as possible before any legal actions take place.  Hope you have a blessed day.

The person had a very think Indian (?) accent.  It was really difficult to understand everything he/she said.

Just got called from a male, HEAVY Indian accent.  Same thing..  We are being sued, do we have a lawyer.  Call this person, Kenneth Webster at 415 521 4089, he has all the information.  He was just a paralegal.
I Googled the phone number, then found all these comments.

I'm surprised why these people are not being arrested????
I got a call today, very heavy accent  , looks like it is from an Indian lady. Please be careful, DON'T REPLY THE CALL, it is a SCAM.We need the government to look in to this.....
