I got the "Security whitepaper" call "on behalf of dell" twice today. They were adamant that they stay to the script. It may be some sort of social engineering as part of an advanced persistent threat, but if so, they are asking scripted marketing questions. It is odd.

This Erik Meghnagi, I do own North Bay Valet, LLC. It is not every day that one does a self-query but when I came upon this thread and read this web sites “Legal stuff” page, I thought that my first step would be to “reply”. I am confident that the “anonymous” posting was made by an x-girlfriend who is lashing out with the comment, “You definitely do not want anything to do with him. My suggestion would be to file a complaint with the FBI.” There is no merit to this claim nor a reference to its context, it simply is slander! I have had a thorough background checks through the process of becoming an EMT/Firefighter and other employment. I have an established reputation of trust and integrity with the bay area community who regularly use our valet service. I have lived in the Bay Area most of my life and those who knows me, know my high level of integrity.

It is insulting to me that this “anonymous” person has cast a shadow of doubt upon me. It is frustrating knowing that it was intentionally done on this website knowing full well that this website will only retract statements if it contains private information or a threat of violence. Thus making it incumbent upon me to prove my innocence publicly. I encourage you to read the “Legal Stuff” at the bottom of the page on this website and not come to the same conclusion of frustration as if you were in my position.

"Carlene" keeps calling about renewing the subscription for Fleet magazine. I can barely understand her and she usually hangs up on me but keeps calling back every day!! I don't get how these imbeciles get away with treating potential customers so rudely. It's not just her that hangs up on me when I tell them my supervisor isn't available. Now what I do is when they ask for him, I say "who's calling please" so I can get both, the callers name and the business name. Once I do that I tell them we're not interested and hang up on them!!
