These people call regularly, never leave a message.

Received a call..someone was on line but did not leave a message...no idea who this could be from

I just call them back and ask them not to call me back.  They removed me from the list right of way and apologized to me.

Me too.  NCC Inc.  No message.  I suspect "N" Call Center marketing something.  I read that it could be Toronto Star promoter which could be possible given I ended my subscription last week.

I do not understand how an Incorporated organization has NO info on the web in this day and age.

When I answered there was no one there so I hung up.

Frequent calls - no message

Put me on your no call list. If these calls do not stop I will be forced to take legal action. I am not interested in anything you are trying to sell me and I am totally fed up with these calls even late at night. STOP CALLING

They have called five times today.  I finally gave them the number of a friend( local police).  They called it and then called me back to say it wasn't that funny.  Tough [***] [***]!  I thought it was pretty funny.  Maybe now they will never phone back.  The company is NCC Inc. The Newspaper call center.

They've been calling me non-stop too. I finally just called back and asked to be put on their internal "Do not call" list. I hope it works. Legally, it should. It's been driving me bonkers.

Show's up on call display as NCC INC. I called the number back. A lady answered identifying the 'Newspaper Call Centre. I told her that I was getting calls multiple times a day with no one there when I picked up. She apologized and said if I provided the number I was calling from, she would have it removed from their system. We'll see...She was pretty quick to point out that newspapers are exempt from the do not call list!

Just like all the others. This phone number keep popping up on my phone and when I answered no respond. I wonder why anyone would do this, especially late in the evening.

They are affiliated with the T.O star.  Call 416-630-6658, voice your complaint and they will take you off their list.

Same thing with me.  I called back the number & there was a message that said to call 416-630-6658.  It was the TO star, I voiced my complaint and she said they will take me off their list.  I will  never buy that paper again.

I have received several calls from the number listed above and the NCC INC comes up on my phone. I let the machine pick it up so have never asked them directly who they are.

Just read some of replies re this number and found out it is the TO. Star so called number they suggested and left message to be taken off their list as well. Thanks everyone hope it works. Janis

I got a call this morning from this #, when I answered, a man on the other end said "Hello", and nothing else!! I hung up...!!

I got a call from these people on Saturday reminding me that I had had a free trial of the Hamilton Spectator and would I like to subscribe at a cheap rate.  I told the person that I didn't have time to read it so it wasn't worth me getting it.
I got another call from these people on Sunday, same words almost.  I told the girl the same thing and asked why was she calling me as I had already had a call from NCC the previous day.  She didn't listen to me and carried on about me ordering the Specctator.  In the end I asked to speak to  her supervisor and she just kept saying I could talk to her.  After asking about 4 times for the supervisor, she told me SHE was the supervisor!!!
I told her I was going to call the Spectator and complain and she hung up!!  .
