I have a Roger's account and am tired of being harassed by them.  I pay my bill on time and even when it's late, via online banking etc, I do not expect it to be a hassle.
STOP CALLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This number is being reported.. it is a scam

I am with FIDO (Rodgers). After comfronting the telemarketer he said "if you say that you will promise to pay the bill, we'll stop calling". I was never late in paying my bills etc.

Way to trust your customers FIDO!!!!

I havnt called it back but from what I am reading it is a waste of time! I also joined rogers a couple months ago....interesting.

Just spoke with a Rogers rep and yes it is A Marketting Call as already mentioned and you can open an account online with Rogers in order to stop this harrassment. What I'm not clear on is that the Roger's rep claims going through the Do Not Call List will not stop these calls because the service is in-house.?.?.?  Does anyone have any insight into this? One of the previous posts I read "third party" with reference to the 654....  Number. If that's true then of course they are releasing our numbers to telemarketers. Let's just hope they aren't. Oh, and if you do call that number not knowing what it is or where it's from they will call u back shortly afterwards from another number. What a pain.

I have been getting this call 2-3 times now...

They called me. I didn't pick up. I googled and came to this site. It was the first call and account is up to date.

I also got the same call and like everyone else no one is on the line and I also have a rogers phone

Ive had this number call me about 50 times now, quit answering the phone to see if they will stop calling. They will stop calling for about a week or two, then call up to 5 times a day for a couple days...&^%&ing annoying...

I guess this is what their marketing? I went online and completed the two forms; to remove me from the telemarketing lists. A lot of good it has done.
I also called them Rogers.
Asked them to stop calling and not to let third party companies...whatever the affiliation. Have my number. I paid to have in unlisted.


Of course the girl said, that they did not do that nor do they give my number out! I asked how she explained all the telemarketers calling...all the different numbers

She told me, I could believe what I wanted! But that was not Rogers policy.
Neither is "the customer is always right, obviously!"
I asked her if the 20 pages of messages on line stating the same thing, meant all these Rogers customers were wrong as well. She just repeated the same thing....I could believe" " "



Since 26-03-09 until today...I have logged 102 calls. From these numbers above. Actually more, because some telemarketers block their number..so lets say 140..

I have software on my phone that logs the call and blocks it.


This is all on top of all the harassing calls about late payments. Its not even reasonable to assume the bill has not been paid for at least a week, considering it can take up to that long to clear if using online banking.

I had a copy of a bill sent, as the online billing was not working and I refused to pay until I saw it.

Well they sent two copies and charged me $5.50 a copy!

Receiving calls from 1-416-645-2105, as well.  Both on my Rogers cell and my home phone number.

This number has been calling me for a while now multiple times a day. Every time I see it I just push ignor but it is a real pain and I wish there could be some harrasment charges brought up against this number. The funny thing is if you dont answer from that number they will call using other numbers also!

its funny i got the call about 15 minutes ago/// what can be done? they called my house right after my cell stopped ringing

this number called my rogers cell, then when i didn't pick up, it called my house right after...my dad answered the phone and no one was on the other end....?? I went on yellowpages.ca to find out who called and then i saw other posts about this number...

These guys are the biggest terds ever! Not only do they call me twice a day, but when I tell I HAVE PAID THE BILL, they continue to CALL ME regardless. I told em to call my other number as I pay on my cell and they write it down each time and NEVER call back. To top if off I dont understand a word of what anyone at this African Call center says.

i keep getting repeated calls from this number as well as 1-800-267-2070 which apparently is rogers accounts receivable as well! and all my bills are paid. this is [***]. terrible customer service if you ask me

called cell phone and left a half second message that was just nothing and and within 10 mins i got a call from a PPP on my home phone and there was no one there. im wondering if the PPP was was the same rogers number(14166452105)

I just got a call on my Rogers Iphone, when I didn't answer it, the same phone number called my house number.... This is srange.... Why?
